I’ve been forced to pay $1200 for $800 services (5k and 30k). The employee who did it explained that he included services that I haven’t requested nor approved. Needed to replace a key fob. We tried getting it repaired or replaced with other places and was told we couldn’t because it was under a recall. When we purchased the car we wer We tried getting it repaired or replaced with other places and was told we couldn’t because it was under a recall. When we purchased the car we were only given one fob and were told we would get another one once your dealership received it, never got a call. So we ended up paying around 475.00 dollars for a new one. That’s unfortunate, we are looking for a new car to replace that one and we will not be coming back. More
