Dropped my car off at 9:30am on a Saturday, never got a call or text or email that it was done, so I went back at 4:30 and they were closed. Since they’re closed on Sunday that meant I wouldn’t have access call or text or email that it was done, so I went back at 4:30 and they were closed. Since they’re closed on Sunday that meant I wouldn’t have access to my car until Monday. Unacceptable to not be contacted that my car was ready. More

The guy I talked to was a little loud about the issues my car was having in the wait room which was a little embarrassing since everyone could hear it, but it’s whatever. I also didn’t appreciate the salespe car was having in the wait room which was a little embarrassing since everyone could hear it, but it’s whatever. I also didn’t appreciate the salespeople walking around the wait room trying to sell me a car while I’m waiting, when I couldn’t even afford all of the necessary repairs to my car. Final issue I had was the fact that ever since you guys repaired my belt, my car has been. VIOLENTLY shaking whenever I drive it, and I’ve NEVER had that issue before. IDK what you guys did, but my I almost lost control of my car with how much it was shaking. More
