Pinnacle Nissan - Service Center

Been using this deals hip for 5 years now with good service for what I need. This time not so customer friendly. What's with this 3% service charge on credit cards????? Never did that before. And if yo service for what I need. This time not so customer friendly. What's with this 3% service charge on credit cards????? Never did that before. And if you pay with a check (which is an option) you as the customer have to wait for the cashier to call your bank to clear the check. WHAT, it took 20 minutes. Is Nissan a nationwide corporation or a small town business? AND after all this I get home to find my rear rim is scratched to he'll from the service tech taking off my wheel to service the brakes. Am I happy with this experience, he'll no and it's a shame because I have been happy with this dealership in the past. VERY seriously thinking about finding another option to service my nissan in the future. More
