Friendly and pleasant employees. Scheduling service was easy, as was the need to change our appointment time. The wait to check in for the appointment was reasonable. We were told they were very busy, but would tend to our vehicle as soon as possible. We let them know we would be waiting since it was for an oil change, tire rotation and Zactek warranty coating. We were never informed on the status of our vehicle. 2 1/2 hours later it was finally done. Of course they then wanted to up sell us on other work they "recommend", but is unnecessary on a 1 year old vehicle. We are always happy with the work they do, but the wait time, this time, was unreasonable. Plus, stop trying to sell other services! More
