Overall Great Experience Brett Tschannen was amazing. He was open, honest, used great customer service skills and spent a great amount of time ensuring my kids, husband and I Brett Tschannen was amazing. He was open, honest, used great customer service skills and spent a great amount of time ensuring my kids, husband and I had a great customer experience while searching for a new vehicle that fit our needs. He encouraged open and honest communication and brought in great team members to help create a solid deal. My only concern was towards the end of the deal with the financial department there were items such as maintenance and service charges added that was equivalent to another $3,000 to $4,000 to the total cost in which we were advised was required but according to documentation it is optional and I would like to have it removed. In addition we had a difficult time having them run our information with our credit union that we were already pre-approved for before coming to the dealership as our credit union was giving us a great interest rate and was happy to finance us. Their only exception was they would pay 100 percent of the car value including title, license, excetera but no over charges. My deal is not final as I demanded to have the information sent to my credit union but I would say Nissan Financial came back with the 2nd best offer. I am ranking them a 5 star because I understand it is a business but I would recommend to ensure that a customer is getting the best deal to create a great customer experience and to keep them coming back. I would recommend them for business as my overall experience was great and one of the best for searching for a car. More
