Wish there was a 0 star rating My wife and I bought a car for her that 3 days later she decided was too much of a car for her. She was told by Herb that she could come in and exchange the vehicle for something that fit her better. There was no exchange, they wrote up a new transaction and therefore we had zero equity in the car and lost our down payment. The second purchase was on the 26th of July, and we are still to this day waiting for the items from the we owe list. This place is full of slimy criminals. Please do not use them. The only way that companies will correct the way they do business is if enough people stop buying from them. More

Here is my favorite excuse, "I don't have your address", after it was texted to sales rep TWICE! How does a dealership NOT have your address after buying a car there???? So that is he new threat tactic of I don't give you good reviews you won't service my car wow . Also bill peters joined in and told me same thing . Contacted Nissan North America and they are very interested in this situation and will be looking into it . Also called Gary Harper 3 on my side also very Intersted in this . Why send a customer survey card then if I can't be honest for that Noel why don't you keep it and fill It out yourself !!!!! I would run as far away as you can from this dealership and its service dept . They tell you things need to be fixed and replaced and they don't . Also reported Them to the BBB. Asked to talk to he general manager Matt cerreta and was told he was in a meeting which was a lie !!! Hope this helps anyone from getting bullied into filling out the customer suveys with all great reviews or you will be blackballed from this dealer . Highly recommend autonation Nissan excellent and honest and they we're appalled at how pinnacle Nissan practices . Perfect Example of bait and switch I would give a zero star if possible. Classic story of bait and switch. I found a Vehicle (for my second car) on line priced very well and below K.B. This is not my first time buying a vehicle and I briefly worked at a dealer ship so I know how things go. But this place is shady! Car priced 7587 on line, I called before coming in and said " I want to purchase in cash". I explained, I want to be OTD at 9000 now that's 7587 + tx, licencing, doc fee and a little extra. I get there and they have me at 12,500 OTD and that was giving me a deal according to them! I had the pleasure (I say sarcastically) speaking to 3 different people trying to "explain" to me why they are right. They all laughed at my offer and tried to tell me that all dealers ships have add on fees. Yes most do but I worked at one and bought a SUV recently and the price online was the price plus the tax, licencing and doc fee! ( I will be waiting for that dealership to get another vehicle I like and purchase from them since they are Ethical). the sales manager kept scribbling numbers down and coming back to me w/ "offers" the lowest they got down to was 10,500 and I left. It was a waist of time to say the least. I was also told they paid 8500 for it as a trade in, well if that's the case than why in the xxxx would you put it online for 7587?! Oh, I will tell you! Bait and Switch at its finest. Oh and i had to repeat myself 25 times that I did not want to finance. More

Buyer Beware if you intend to purchase a vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan, make sure everything is in writing, because they will promise you anything to get you to buy, and once you give them your money they pretend you don`t exist. I hope the owners are happy with all the money they are making. However... What does it profit a man if he gains the world and loses his soul. I could never in good conscience give this dealership a referral. I would not want another person to get ripped off like I was. More

Brandon Sandness is a TOTAL liar, Alan Henson is his puppet (how does it feel Alan to be ordered around by a 17 year old kid?), Cameron Norlin in financing is a 18 year kid trying much to hard to act like an adult and its painful to watch. These guys will rob you blind if you let them. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is bad news and judging by the other reviews, im not the only one that they TRIED to take advantage of. Shame on you Pinnacle Nissan for trying to rob a senior citizen. I will do everything in my power to persuade people to stay away from that dump. To add insult to injury, I just saw a commercial on tv with the hobbit GM of pinnacle Nissan Mat something or other, and he says quote "prices will not change" meaning the price you agree upon wont change?
