Extremely No one really likes car shopping. And over the past 3 years I have been to over 20 dealerships while looking for 2 cars. Some were nice and friendly, No one really likes car shopping. And over the past 3 years I have been to over 20 dealerships while looking for 2 cars. Some were nice and friendly, some were ok and some were bad. Pinnacle Nissan was the absolute worst of the worst. We came in to test drive a particular car and since we were trading in a car they said they'd get it appraised and they would buy it whether we decided to buy a new car of not. The car for trade in was a Mercedes Benz CLS55 AMG which is an expensive car. We took a vehicle out for a test drive and immediately knew we didn't like it. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn't what we were looking for. We had been here 30 min at this point. We arrived back at the dealership and the salesman told us to wait while they finished the appraisal. The CLS, our car, wasn't where we parked it. They took it in back he said. Then he starts in with what can we do to get you in this car. We explained over and over that we didn't like the car. Then a manger came over, same thing. And another manager, same thing. By this time we had been there waiting for the appraisal for an hour, total dealership time 1 hour 30 min. Extremely frustrated we said we just wanted the keys to our car back, we didn't care about the appraisal. The salesman went to get the keys and came back with an appraisal for $14,000.....on a $80,000 car...my husband was furious and demanded the keys back immediately. The salesman left and 20 min went by. We saw the previous manager and demanded the keys back immediately. He said he was going to look for them also. 1 hour later we see OUR CAR drive into the parking lot from the street. A salesman gets out with food. I thought my husband was going to punch him in the face. He went off on him and all the salesman could say was that he thought the car already belonged to the dealership. It had our water bottles inside, my husbands laptop bag, work papers, etc. Obviously not a dealership car. And to top it off, we received calls for over 1 year every week asking if we were ready to buy a car. We told them over and over to stop calling and they would not. Ended up having to pay through our phone company to permanently block their number. I later told our story to a friend who used to work there. He explained they are told to do whatever it takes and never take no for an answer and taking our keys and not giving them back is a tactic they use. He resigned after a few months because their tactics were so awful. More

After working over the phone with the dealership several times, I made an appointment to bring my husband in so he could see the vehicle and sign the After working over the phone with the dealership several times, I made an appointment to bring my husband in so he could see the vehicle and sign the papers with new. Everything that I was promised over the phone from the vehicle type, including loan rate are completely different. Then we waited as they sent in manager after manager to try and make a "better" deal rather then just honoring what was agreed to originally when we spoke over the phone. By the end of being in the dealership for four hours as they wasted our time we were exhausted, and decided that they truly believe their sales tactics are ok. We decided we did not need to buy from them. You should not waste your time either. There are other Nissan Dealers in the Valley that are good - check them out! More

I was told there were a few to choose from with my credit and finances which I related ahead; on the lot I was shown a beautiful car and asked to see the others and was told this was the only car I could buy. I was called back to the lot two more times to resign. The bank is still calling me. I took the car to my mechanic whom I've known for years and trust and he said I needed an immediate brake repair. I also got bodywork done, a front fender had a small dent. They didn't bother to clean the interior of the car for me, it smelled like smoke and I got to see it clean after a private wash & shampoo. Now green fluid is leaking out the exhaust and my mechanic had me bring it in immediately and recommended not to drive it. So, they sold me a dirty car with unsafe brakes and an engine leak. And didn't honor the original posted ad, upped the price twice and charged me higher interest each time, from 10% to 16%. Stay far, far away from this dealer. They are completely fraudulent. More

My aux input does not work and when notified within the same month of purchase, I kept getting told they will check into the issue and get in touch with me. My husband and I had to keep calling and trying to get an appointment set up. I don't know why they are stalling, seems like they are not interested in client's needs. It is 2 months now that I'm still making payments on the car and the issue is still not resolved. Im told I need to wait another week for an answer. Unsatisfied and disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism. More

I had called over first to look at what I might pre qualify for. Went to the dealership around 5 on a Friday and was driving away with my beautiful Nissan Altima by 730! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! They even helped me reduce my APR from what I thought it was going to be.
