Bought a damaged care and the dealer says "sorry" My experience with Pinnacle Nissan started out well. I liked the car, I loved the sales person...very helpful and not pushy...helped me find what I wa My experience with Pinnacle Nissan started out well. I liked the car, I loved the sales person...very helpful and not pushy...helped me find what I wanted to see. That is where it ended. I noticed a couple of small things when checking out the car...the window made a noise when you rolled it down...the electric lock on the drivers door seemed to stick. It was under 36000 mi, so I was told it would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I purchased the car and waited until my first oil change to do the repairs. When I took it in, the dealer said the repairs are not covered because the car has been "hit". Pinnacle told me there was no damage when I purchased it! I called them 6 times each time being told they would call me back. The end result...."sorry we didn't know"..."The car fax was clean"....."bring it in and we will see what we can do, but we can't promise anything". I live 40 miles and work for a living and they can't check it out on Saturday. The even offered to "give me a good trade in". What? I understand that maybe they didn't know...and I am reasonable...but it was a mistake STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU SELL. Bottom line, do not expect Pinnacle Nissan to stand behind you and do what is right. I had a similar incident years ago and they make the transaction right. I paid a fair price for a vehicle that had never been in a wreck (maybe a little more, but it was what I wanted). What did I get.....a damaged vehicle that needs repairs and a "we didn't know". More

When a service person came out I explained the issue. He said I can just add regular air to them. That I can go to any Discount Tire place. Ok. He didn't even offer to have the tires checked & filled. WOW guess the customer service isn't there. More

Harassing sales I purchases a Nisan Murano 3 years ago. The sales experience was relatively but nothing exceptional in terms of service. Unfortunately since then I I purchases a Nisan Murano 3 years ago. The sales experience was relatively but nothing exceptional in terms of service. Unfortunately since then I continue to receive multiple sales calls. Usually in the evening or weekend mornings. Despite asking to be on a no solicitation list the calls keep coming, sometimes twice a day. There are plenty of Nissan dealers in the world so don't waste your time at this one. More

Any women going in alone would feel at ease with the professional way Michael treated me, as well as Art in finance. Who's care and concern for my spouse who wasn't able to make it inside to sign the paperwork, they came to us. What an overall excellent experience! Anyone looking for Nissan go here first!!
