I was impressed that there was little to no wait time. I brought my car in to be serviced, signed in for a shuttle service back to work and waited maybe 3 minutes. Overall really good experience. I would recommend them going above the promised time of call of completion since he told me a time and I waited for the call an hour later than the promised time. That makes your customer anxious like there is a real problem and the trust and faith in good service goes down. More
I inquired about leasing a Nissan Rogue on the internet. Within a half an hour, I received a call from the sales manager at the dealership. He listened to my needs and made an appointment for me to come in and see/test drive the vehicle that same day. He also told me about the incentives going on (which later got me a free ipad!). Upon arrival to the dealership, I was introduced to Michael Wykoff, who immediately got me excited about the Rogue. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle as far as options and price, and got the vehicle for me to test drive. During the drive, Michael gave a very detailed description of all aspects of the vehicle. After coming from a different dealership where a sales person could not tell me ANYTHING about a different vehicle, this was a pleasant surprise. He went over everything from the engine, safety features, audio, etc. and I felt ready to lease the vehicle by the time we got back to the dealership. Nick helped me get to a price that met my budget needs, and the General Manager, Tory Walton, also came and met me to make sure my entire experience was exceptional. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for multiple reasons: they listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, took my pricing into consideration (and didn't try to sell me a vehicle I couldn't afford), were incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle, and made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend Pinnacle Nissan to anyone in the market looking for a new car. More

I walked into Pinnacle Nissan yesterday just to check out a few cars not even intending on buying that same day. Gabriel introduced himself and we took a car for a test drive. Gabriel was very helpful from the start. He told me my 18 year old daughter was a young lady with no credit history therefore she would be penalized with her interest rate and I didn't believe him and I wen year old daughter was a young lady with no credit history therefore she would be penalized with her interest rate and I didn't believe him and I went to the bank with her at the bank she banks at and they wouldn't give her a car loan even though she has banked there for a few years and had run a nice sum of money through her account. I spoke to another dealership owned by the same owner as Pinnacle Nissan and had considerably better customer service at Pinnacle than at the other dealership. Gabe didn't keep asking me to come in, we came in once, spent awhile and went back and forth about 5 times and we ended up leaving. We shopped around other places and came back to Pinnacle mostly because everthing Gabe told us turned out to be true and the finance manager, Caleb, told us we could refinance in 6 months to get her a lower interest rate so that was encouraging. Gabe was dedicated, CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF to accomodate us and we got the deal done the 2nd time in and we left at 11pm. Gabe went to another dealership to pick up the car we purchased and all this on his day off. That was impressive. HE is also getting us a 2nd key with a fob that we asked for and everyone stayed late for us and as a realtor I know that some people don't really appreciate you when you put in the time and stick with them but Gabe certainly did. He was fabulous. He spoke the truth and didn't try to put us in a lessor vehicle he found the best car for the money available the day we needed it to be. I was impressed with Pinnacle Nissan as a dealership and I have not had such great respect or experiences with many local dealerships. My father, Tom Barrett, founded the Barrett Jackson Car Auction and I know car dealers and the reputation they have. My father would have been happy and proud that there is ONE dealer in this state that operates honerably and is accomodating. I would recommend Gabriel Tinca to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan product. He isn't pushy just honest and low key and informed, I felt like he was guiding me the way he would have if my daughter was his daughter and he treated my money like it was his money.
