Awesome! we bought 2 Nissans in 6 day's!!! My Husband & I went in to look at a cube. They didn't have one there so they called 1 in from a sister store, after we got it They called for us to My Husband & I went in to look at a cube. They didn't have one there so they called 1 in from a sister store, after we got it They called for us to do walk around with 1 of the Managers, because they wanted to make sure it had scratch guards n tinted windows all around. So we brought it in n they did it for us. They also have great incentives if you drive another brand of vehicle. So Sal the Mgr. worked out an awesome deal for my Husband that he couldn't refuse... He got him out of his. 2012 Camry & into a brand New Rogue !!!! Sal really took the time to help us and to explain all of our options !!!! He was very kind and caring. Very professional young man. Every sale services act like xxxxxxxx. Not acts even professional services. No communications at all. Delay a lot of works. Every sale services there makes me very angry. Definition no good impression of Pinnacle Nissan. Would not recommend any of my good friends to have car deal. Feel deceived and taken advantage of. More

I rather buy a BMW Holy cow! Where to start?! This place is full of nothing but dishonest lowlife sales weenies. These guys haven't done 1 thing for me that they said th Holy cow! Where to start?! This place is full of nothing but dishonest lowlife sales weenies. These guys haven't done 1 thing for me that they said they would and I bought a 23k car from them. Not only am I upset with my purchase but the customer service is beyond terrible. Someone was suppose to drive my car back the day of the purchase--5 days later and I still don't have my car back. The car was suppose to be detailed. It wasn't, dirt was all over it and the driver floor mat was torn up and just thrown in the car...at this point I blame myself for even trusting this dealership to help me find a good car. More
