I first found the car I wanted online, a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5SR. I spoke to Michael Bastos on the phone and he answered so many of my questions. I live 4 hours away from Pinnacle Nissan and have a nissan dealer only 45mins away but Mike really worked with me, kept his word, and made my experience special. This was the first new car I ever bought. I would say to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan go to Pinnacle Nissan but specifically ask for Mike Bastos!!! You won't be sorry. He is a great person who really goes the extra mile!!! And he makes it fun along the way!! I would recommend him to anyone!! Top Scores all around!!! More
I was skeptical when I first went in but I was greeted warmly. Laura Estay the fleet manager was very friendly and was a great pleasure to work with. Then when I made it to their financial representative Ray Garcia, he absolutely blew me away with what he was able to offer. I highly recommend this dealer and their employees to ANYONE. New or Used, doesn't matter. These individuals are more concerned in getting you into what you want instead of lining their own pockets. I felt good there, I felt welcome. Thank you Sgt. This is the worst dealership ever. I used the Autotrader. Com link on there website which gives you a guaranteed price to trade in your car, or sell it to them. When I showed up at the dealership after making an appointment, the person that made the appointment was unavailable so they said they would have to call me later with the offer. 3 days and 2 emails later I finally got there offer which was 2000 less then there website quoted. When I asked why the reason I got was â??I didnâ??t see the vehicle but its because we docked you for mileageâ?. The offer link on there website has you enter in the mileage and the car has 71K. Just another car dealership trying to rip you off. More

Due to extensive medical expenses last year, I had concluded that it would be quite some time before I could afford a new car. However, when I saw an online ad for "Closeout of 2010 Nissan's", I thoug concluded that it would be quite some time before I could afford a new car. However, when I saw an online ad for "Closeout of 2010 Nissan's", I thought "what the heck?", so I checked it out. I was only interested in the Altima, but of course there were no 2010's left. I went ahead and entered the info regarding what I wanted if I were actually buying a car. Almost before I was finished, the phone started ringing. The second phone call was from Michael Bastos and after learning the amount of the first quote, he said that he would beat it. As stated previously, I didn't need a new car and buying one now would have really been frivolous. In addition, although I had thoroughly checked out the 2010 cars and would have purchased the Nissan Altima, I had only seen pictures of the 2011, and had not driven either year's model. On top of that, in order to take advantage of Nissan's rebate, I would have to purchase the car the next day. Getting to the dealership the next day was out of the question. At this point, Kris Ross entered the picture, and offered to have the car brought to my house. There was still the question of how much they would give me on a trade-in when they hadn't seen my car. No problem. When Michael brought the car out he took pictures of my car, which Kris then used to arrive at a trade-in value. One last obstacle, the driver's seat had to have "heated power lumbar support", but I didn't care about the upgrades that usually come with it. Again, no problem. Kris called around and found one that met my needs exactly. After a little negotiating, we arrived at what I considered a good price, and I found myself the proud and happy owner of a beautiful 2011 Altima. It never would have happened had it not been for Michael and Kris's determination to make it work, and of equal importance to me, their kindness and consideration. Thanks again Kris and Michael. I have been through many service advisors and I finally found one that I am comfortable wtih and trust completely. Robert has helped me with both of our Nissans and he has gone out of his way - above and found one that I am comfortable wtih and trust completely. Robert has helped me with both of our Nissans and he has gone out of his way - above and beyond - to make sure we get the best service possible. He is honest and communicates well. This past time our car was in for service he worked so hard to get a service partially covered even though we were out of the warranty because of mileage. What a blessing it was to have him plead my case and get the repair bill down significantly! I cannot say enough about Robert. It is such a pleasure to deal with him and he is such an asset to Nissan. His care for customers is so evident and I am thankful to be on the receiving end.
