Details: While closing th Did I get a good price at the dealership: Initially Yes. What happened: I was lied to and my intelligence was questioned. Details: While closing the deal with me, Vince and Jason informed me that to work the price for me, I need to go for NMAC financing. I was informed that I can prepay the amount after 45 days and I have nothing to lose since I will be provided 0% APR. Also I can pay whatever cash down amount I would like. (I wanted to do all cash deal but I agreed with those terms) No prepayment charges. I was then made to wait 3:30 hours mentioning that the detailing for the car is happening and then there are a couple of customers ahead of me. Fair enough and I waited. Lie#1: In comes, the finance manager and he informs me that my APR would be 3.99% (Not coherent with what I was told earlier). The reason I was given was that I can't avail the rebate and 0% APR (He admitted that I have excellent credit). When asked to show where, I was taken to KBB's website (?? Shouldn't this be on your or Nissan's website written in plain english). Lie#2: I was told by the finance manager that the APR shouldn't matter as I intend to prepay after 45 days and my final price shouldn't change. I asked them to give it to me in writing. In comes another sales manager and he agree. Finance manager and Sales manager have a side conversation outside the room and the sales manager say he will but will not mention the specifics. (Then what use it is??) I simply asked, give me a statement saying "Mr X purchased car with VIN# at a total price of $XYZ. He made a down payment of $ABC and the remaining $ (XYZ-ABC) will be due after 45 days, if he wishes to prepay. But they didn't agree for this. When I informed them that I am a MBA in Finance and I understand how EMI's work, the finance manager said but I told you so that you will have to pay some interest on the first payment as well (Not what he said and he went back on his own word. I had 2 friends with me, who heard the same version as I did). I could have done the deal knowing that I may at the most loose a couple of hundred bucks even if I prepay or loose 4000 bucks if I don't. However what irritated me the most is that I was lied to, my intelligence was questioned. I don't think that is a professional behavior. I am cribbing because I felt cheated. I would only pass one moral here. Please keep your ears and mind open when you talk to the finance here. All you know you are one like me whose intelligence is at question here!! More
I've dealt with a ton of dealerships in the past five years but I can say that Pinnacle gave me the best personal attention to me and my family that I can remember. Vincent was very knowledgeable about years but I can say that Pinnacle gave me the best personal attention to me and my family that I can remember. Vincent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had a great sales approach (giving me information as I wanted it instead of overselling). In finance Tommy gave me multiple options and let me decide what I felt best fit my budget. Customer service is everything to me and these guys really delivered! More

After a very poor experience at another national dealership I located the same make/model vehicle (06 Armada SE) at Pinnacle Nissan. I used their site to inquire about the vehicle and literally w/in 5 mins I had a call from the Fleet Mgr John Golet. He was very pleasant to speak to, listened to me vent about the other dealer and guaranteed me I would have a better exp with his organization. I was at their door within 2hrs. He met me at the door, introduced me to Zack Poore, an internet used car salesman. Zack sat down with me in a very clean and modern showroom. He took time to ask me why I was looking to purchase? He was very attentative & personable and did not try to take control of the conversation. He listened, interjected, and offered advised and comments that made me feel very comfortable allowing me to feel at ease and opened up more than I would have normally during a car buying experience. As he began gathering necessary data, and keys for the vehicle I wanted to look at, he made sure he checked back with me frequently to let me know status and ensure I was comfortable during his endeavors. We were quickly going over the vehicle in detail. Zack was eloquent in his delivery of his knowledge of the product, as though he had owned one himself for many years and knew it inside and out. (Not just that model, but every unit on the lot as well I discovered later). Within an hour we discovered the unit was too expensive for my budget, and it was getting very late, I told Zack I would return the next day after work to look at other units w/in my price range. Upon returning the next day he and his manager, (as well as the finance desk manager) thanked me profusely for returning. They quickly got to work finding suitable vehicles for me to look at. When Ash, Zack's manager, noticed my dismay, and desire for the unit I originally looked at, he worked diligenlty with Zack and the Fin mgr to come to an agreement. With my down pmt, and my budget, they worked it out. I was offered very pleasing and resonable terms for the 06 Armada...LOADED! I almost felt guilty...Almost! My hands were shaking with excitement & anticipation as we assembled the necessary paperwork. Still not fully convinced it was plausible. Until John, the Fin mgr confirmed he had the deal set where we would be in a good position for the bank. Then I relaxed and enjoyed the rest of the experience. Other salesmen and managers came by to congratulate my purchase and raved about the unit. As they took the unit to detail to get it ready for me to take home and surprise my family, they didn't know about it yet, Zack took me on a tour of the service area, introduced me to the shop foreman and service manager. I was/am very impressed with this side of the dealership as well. Not just because I met a long time family friend and schoolmate that I had not seen in almost 20yrs, but found out he's the shop foreman, Dave Suggs. I can trust this man with my families car anyday! He knows his stuff more than anyone! I am feeling even more confident and comfortable with my purchase now...no reservations whatsoever! I then was taken to meet with Ray to sign the papers, he reiterated what Dave told me about the warantee on this used vehicle. I normally work on my own and still will when it's an easy fix, but, with Ray's expertise and NO pressure, he was able to set me up with a Gold MPP warantee w/o shooting my payments through the roof or taking my budget out of wack. Quite honestly, my payment barely moved but a few dollars...that's pure magic there! Now, I have a great vehicle and a peace of mind as well! Thanks Ray! I drove home, calling my wife on the way, as I left my garage door opener in our minivan at the dealership, asked her to open the door as I had a surpise for her. She and my two sons were in the garage as I pulled in the drive...they lost it! With excited goosebumps and so much pleasure, they climbed all through the truck just shouting, "look at this, and this, and oh my gosh it's got a DVD player and wireless headsets, and my own radio" This went on and on and on for almost 30 mins...what a great feeling to see them so happy! My oldest son, 7yrs old, said "now we can go camping more...the minivan couldn't go where we can take this truck Daddy"! I put the carseat in for my 7mo old son, and my wife jumped in the drivers seat w/o gussying herself up...what a shocker! We drove back to the dealership to retrieve the minivan, I went in and got Zack, and introduced my wife to him. She thanked him, and he reinforced all I was telling her about my experience with them. We drove home again, she took the looooong way home, and then began "womanizing" her new truck. I can't tell you enough about how pleasant the experience was and the overwhelming feeling that I made the right choice by walking out on the other dealership and going to Pinnacle. I now have a dealership, and a Salesman, Zack Poore, that I can refer my friends and family to w/o hesitation. I don't refer anyone to any salesman or car lots..I usually just say, "look them up online and research". Not anymore, I grabbed several cards from Zack and will happily hand them out...I can't wait until my 14yr old daughter gets home from her visit with friends to see it too...she's a typical teenage girl, hard to please, but I know she'll love it too...she's got her own seat in the back with A/C and plugins for her gadgets...she won't have to listen to the boys, or Mom & Dad while on our upcoming trip to Disney in August! Thanks again for everything Pinnacle and Zack! I mean EVERYTHING!!! I'll be back and send everyone I talk with as well...with confidence that they will be well taken care of just like I was! John, your guarantee of a positive experience during my first call with you was dead on Sir! Thanks again, The Schmidt Family (Now a part of the Pinnacle Family) More
I planned to start my search for a used pickup. I knew I wanted a smaller pickup and it had to be four-wheel drive. I didn't need a lot of gadgets or extra features, just something to get me to some great outdoor locations. I had been looking at the GMC Canyong and Dodge Dakota for comparison on features and vehicle size. I was immediately greeted by Sam and gave him my requirements. After quickly filling out some information, we were joined by Travis who gave me more information on what they currently had on the lot and some more information about the dealership. Afterward, they took me to a certified pre-owned truck that met my criteria. They were great about going over all the features of the truck and were very knowledgable. I was able to take it for a test drive and really liked the truck. While I had assumed it would take some time to locate something specific to what I wanted, I was very happy they already had something that met what I was looking for already on the lot. In the end, I came away with a great second vehicle. Since I was not trading my existing vehicle in, they were happy to deliver my new truck to my house so I wouldn't have to leave a car behind and make other arrangements. More
This "service" center doesn't even deserve one star. I went in for a 3 hour service and I was refused a pick up from the shuttle service. My option was to get dropped off and walk back in 113 degr star. I went in for a 3 hour service and I was refused a pick up from the shuttle service. My option was to get dropped off and walk back in 113 degree weather. I'm sorry but is this not a car dealership??? I'm sure some lazy bozo is sitting in his cool cube that can drive 2 miles to pick me up. Instead im walking in the sweltering heat. Don't bother taking your car here because not only do they nickel and dime you on services but they barely provide a service doing so!! I even had to pay for water!!!!!! Horrible horrible More
My husband purchased my car a week ago at a tent sale event. It was a Saturday. The sales person we worked with was Sean Coughlin who was really helpful. He asked me to take the car the next day to the d event. It was a Saturday. The sales person we worked with was Sean Coughlin who was really helpful. He asked me to take the car the next day to the dealership to have it detailed since that is the day that they tend to be slow. Well, the next day I took the car to have it cleaned but when it was done I noticed that the plastic cover around the bottom of the driverside seat was broken. I asked to speak with teh Service Department manager but I was told that the service department was closed. I brought the damage to another sales associat's attention Cory Baldwin who assest the damage and advised me that he will look into it and call me to schedule an appointment to get that looked at and fixed. I got a hold of the sales associate 3 days later and I also spoke with Sean who asked me to bring the car by on Saturday when the service department is open. I came back Yesterday ( saturday), the sales associate Cory Baldwin got me a manager to speak with since Sean was running late. This manager was the rudest person I had to deal with. he pretty much called me a liar and that this issue never happened there. He told me that the piece I needed to have fixed was just about $40-50 and it should not bother me as much. After my husband showed up, we were told that they would pay half of the cost which in my eyes was unacceptable. On top of it, was told to come back the next day (monday) where they can try to see if the piece I need can be ordered and how much it would cost me. Today is Monday. I had to call in to work to make sure this problem gets resolved and fixed. When I arrived, I asked for a General Manager and waited for 30 minutes before Michael Wykoff aproached me and offered to assist. He is the Service Center Business Manager. At first I was not sure if he would be the right person to speak with since he seemed so young. I am only 35 years old. Anyway, I explained to Michael how I was treated, that this was my third time coming back. Michael listened to me and apologized for the way I was treated. He looked at the damage, and assured me that he will order the piece right than and will be taken care of. I only spent a few hours at the delaership today, but I was very pleased on how friendly and professional Michael was and the other sales people as well. I would recommend this dealership to others. Everyone I have dealt with was great and I would not let my experience ruined with one bad manager. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could encourage everyone to stay away from him.. More
I have received excellent customer service when working with Noel Estrada each and every time I have brought my truck in for routine service. I have always been able to get an appointment within 1-2 days with Noel Estrada each and every time I have brought my truck in for routine service. I have always been able to get an appointment within 1-2 days of calling, and I am offered a rental care when the estimated work time is more than 1/2 a day or so. Noel has always been very friendly and nice to me even when I have been demanding and impatient with my expectations at times. My most recent service involved getting new tires, and Noel made sure that I got a good deal on my tire purchase, assuring me that I couldn't get a better deal for the quality I was receiving anywhere else. I have been pleased with the overall customer service from beginning to end, and will continue to bring my truck in for needed service. More
I ended up with Pinnacle Nissan when I went to a used car tent event. Although I was supposed to have an appointment with Pinnacle Nissan, I was snagged at the gate by a different dealership, and was not tr tent event. Although I was supposed to have an appointment with Pinnacle Nissan, I was snagged at the gate by a different dealership, and was not treated well by them. I decided to go talk to the folks at Pinnacle Nissan about my experience and see what they could do, because I had found a car that I liked, and wanted to buy, but the other dealership was not working with me to make it happen. Chris at Pinnacle Nissan put me with Mike Bastos, and he assured me that he would do whatever it takes to put me in the car that I wanted. It took the better part of the day to get it done, because I have had some major financial setbacks in my life, so my credit is badly damaged. But, Mike stuck with me, and we got the deal done. He was not only friendly and persistent, but he was fun to deal with, and I would recommend Mike and Pinnacle Nissan to anyone. This review is real, and I truly had a great experience with Mike and Pinnacle Nissan. More
This has to be one of the most shady dealership that I have been to. This experience is from around 4 months ago, so I don't remember all the employee names. I do remember that almost everyone has a man have been to. This experience is from around 4 months ago, so I don't remember all the employee names. I do remember that almost everyone has a manager title for some odd reason. I negotiated a great price on the car through email back and forth between few dealers and this dealer came out with best price, and everything sounded great at the beginning. Once my borther and I got there, saw the car, ok good. When it was time to do financing, they have to audacity to tell me that my above 800 credit score isn't good enough because I never financed a car before. So the best interest rate they can get me was 15%. I can pay that much with my credit card on Capitalone at 11% interest rate. They pretended to want to work with us, going in and out with few people trying to talk to us and I believe the finance manager was there too, telling us why the rate was so high. At one point comparing low interest for a house and high interest for a car, because I can't drive a house away to another state, so the high interest represents the greater risk. I don't even care about that, I can buy anything anywhere in the world with my credit card at a lower interest rate. Sure, I could have done financing somewhere else, but it was pretty much the whole principle of the dealership to willing to lie to my face in such fashion. I demanded that they show me the rates that they were telling me the banks were giving them, and that they have no control over, and they keep giving me excuses and also ask me what kind of game I was playing. I walked out after that. These guys are liars, I wouldn't do business with them ever again. I see these good reviews around, and I'm pretty sure they are fake, hired by the finance department from Pinnacle Nissan. More
