John Scholten and Tony Mancillas of Pinnacle Nissan made buying our new Altima not only a pleasurable experience but also a fun one. My husband and I purchased a vehicle just 10 months ago and decided it was not the vehicle for us and wanted to inquire about trading it in, We had thought for sure we were going to be told it was not possible due to the amount financed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we were wrong. John and his manager Tony managed to work out the deal that we had spoke about on the telephone, there was no hassling . He was extremely knowledgeable and showed concern and care for us as customers. I would highly recommend working with John for future vehicle purchases he will make buying your new vehicle a positive,hasslefree, expierience. So i had a bad experience with one of the service advisors which will remain nameless. Left messages with the service director no call back. I wrote a review and got a call from angela customer rela advisors which will remain nameless. Left messages with the service director no call back. I wrote a review and got a call from angela customer relations manager. Also called Noel who is very Good. he listened to me vent and expressed his concern which was great. To my surprise angela listened to me and let me tell her what happened told me she would talk to the advisor and call me back i figured ok i have heard this before. well she called back totally redeemed what had happened took care of this to my satisfaction above what i was expected her honesty and integrity and customer service are unmatched and rarely seen as well as Noel estrada. Pinnacle is very lucky to have such great people working for them in these 2 employees. Other employees should follow there example of how to treat customers. I got a survey from nissan north america and will be sending it in along with a letter about angela and Noel. If the GM of pinnacle reads this they really deserve recognition for saving a loyal long time customer. Thanks again Angela and Noel you guys rock ! Mr Zaccaria More
Robert made my visit to Pinnacle Nissan a memorable one. He made sure that when my part came in to call me first thing and schedule a service time. Once the date came around to install the part into the vehicle I was able to drop my vehicle off, and was promptly set-up with a rental so I could get to work. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He really went above, and beyond to help me and satisfy all my car needs. Earlier we had called 2 other dealers, then made the drive to their dealerships only to find that they weren't really going to make a deal anywhere close to their phone offers. Pinnacle Nissan was able to make the deal the other dealerships backed out of. We really appreciated the straight forward approach, and Karl Adams the Finance Manager presented our options in a straight forward manner and didn't high-pressure us into buying a bunch of add-ons. We'll be recommending Pinnacle Nissan to our friends. More
I was having problems finding the right dealership to purchase a new vehicle. When I say "problems" I am refering to Comfort in the people I am dealing with. Problems like setting a appointment to come and veiw a car and meet with sales person, calling this person telling them I was onsite to veiw the car and nobody wants to help me, where are you? No responce. for 40 Miniutes I stood and or sat in the show room waiting for help from anyone??? I left Bell Ford NOT HAPPY!! Problems like having a unprofesional 20 year kid old fall ASLEEP on a TEST DRIVE 2 times. Good bye Camelback Ford.When I contacted Pinnacle Nissan I meet a smiling face focused on me and my needs and within 40 minutes were writing up my new vehicle. W We then met Jason Bower, A nice clean cut young man who then helped us find the right financing for our needs. With a past Bankruptsy were were worried of what was to come. Jason quickly put us at ease shopping rates made a few sujestions put in to a few differnt lenders and came up with a decent rate and we moved forward. To my suprise the very next morning Jason had called me to let us know he had found a better rate if we wanted to come in and resign doc's he would do that for us. Both my Wife and I would say this was what we think our smoothest purchase ever. We would definately recomend Pinnicale Nissan to our freinds and family. More

Starting from the introduction of the sales person to receiving the keys, I must say it was smooth and easy transition. I was greated with a smile and dealt with professionalism and honesy, there was no beating around the bush or misleading "I need to speak to my manager" games and my final price was agreed on quickly. I feel I got more of a fair deal and would recommend Pinnacle Nissan anytime. Thank you Pinnacle Nissan for making this experience worth it and in easing me and my thoughts.
