I had a great experience at pinnacle Nissan. my sales rep. was Stephen Jenkins and he was great. I was only visiting the dealership to start looking around and had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Steven made me feel comfortable and assisted me in finding a vehicle that fit my needs. I was a little hesitant about purchasing a vehicle because i did not have the best of credit (590 credit score). Stephen assured me that Pinnacle Nissan had one of the best finance departments in town and if we found a vehicle that I would consider purchasing, he was confident that they could get an approval for me. I ended up finding a very clean SUV for me and my family. When we went inside to discuss the figures Stephen was very professional and straight forward. After Stephen introduced me to the finance manager he assured me he was going to have my vehicle clean and ready for delivery. Much to my surprise the whole process took only a few hours (normally an all day process), and my vehicle was sitting in the delivery area clean as can be! Stephen made this experience a great one and I would recommend you asking for him when you visit Pinnacle Nissan for your next car. More

We visited Pinnacle Nissan to test drive a used Honda Odyssey we had found online. Kevin Kalinski, in internet sales, was the dealer we met with for our test drive. We loved the van and even though we were not expecting to buy a vehicle, we felt good about the price and value and made the purchase. Throughout the whole experience, Kevin was a great help. He was not pushy or arrogant as some salesman can be. He was very friendly and helpful, even when we had a paperwork snag, he helped us get the documents we needed to finalize the deal. I would definitely give Kevin a 5 (great) rating! For the overall experience, however, I would give Pinnacle Nissan a 4, due to its policy of adding almost $2000 worth of non-optional dealer upgrades to all used vehicles they sale. Not only were we required to pay for these "options", but they were not included in the advertised price we found online. More
