Not only did I purchase a vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan once, but I just went today and bought another vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan because of how great everyone is! He is helpful, knows what he is talking about and helps you, the customer, any way he can to get you into a car youw ould like. The only reason I went back to Pinnacle Nissan is because of Tamer. Whenever myself, or anyone in my family needs a vehicle, Pinnacle Nissan if my first choice, and it is mostly because of Tamer. Besides Tamer being a great salesman, everyone at Pinnacle Nissan is very nice and helpful. They work with you the best they can and make sure to work hard to get you into your vehicle at a price you are comfortable with. More

We bought a Jeep from this dealership. We also purchased the highest warranty offered to ensure that if we had a problem, it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg to fix. A few months after we bought it we nee the highest warranty offered to ensure that if we had a problem, it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg to fix. A few months after we bought it we needed to use our 4wheel drive for the first time. We discovered that it was not working. Now, we are pretty sure it was sold to us broken, but, knowing that we had the warranty, we weren't too scared of what was going to happen. Turns out, the man who sold us the warranty did NOT offer us the highest one available and getting our 4x4 fixed was not covered (to top it off, the gentleman who did all the paperwork is no longer employed there because he didn't follow policy...so now we are the ones to suffer because he did not do his job). The repairs for the Jeep ended up costing us quite a bit to fix. It's now 3 months later and IT'S BROKEN AGAIN. We are not hard core off roaders, we don't do things that could break the 4 wheel drive. So why it's broken yet again is beyond me. Their website mentioned that people keep coming back because of their customer service....not true!! The reason for people coming back to Pinnacle is because they fix things half way so people can keep coming back to give them more money. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again and I will be sure to encourage others to stay away as well. More

I stopped in to Pinnacle Nissan just to look and met Kingsley White. He was most informative regarding the cars I was interested in and was able to get me into a car that I didn't even think would be i Kingsley White. First, I just want to start off and say that I’ve NEVER bought from a dealership before. I’ve bought/sold many cars in the past on Craigslist. At a dealership, I was always under the impression that I woul bought from a dealership before. I’ve bought/sold many cars in the past on Craigslist. At a dealership, I was always under the impression that I would end up paying more for something that I didn’t need with add-ons, unnecessary warranties, ect. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I went to the Nissan dealership close to my house in Scottsdale. I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Vince Murray. I thought I knew cars! I threw every question in the book at Vince. I’ve never met anyone as educated about cars as Vince. After weeks of previously shopping around, I knew immediately I wanted to work with Vince……as long as the price was right. After I told him exactly what I wanted, we both agreed on a (very) reasonable price. On top of that, I was able to get the exact car I wanted, 2012 Nissan Altima, AND with leather added. I couldn’t have been happier with the Nissan dealership and Vince Murray. About a week later, I came back to the same dealership so my wife could buy a car. Since my previous experience was so exceptional, I would only work with Vince. She ended up getting an amazing deal on a 2012 Rogue. Once again, Vince exceeded all of our expectations when it came to buying from a dealership. After 15 years of buying from Craigslist, I’ll only buy from Vince and the Nissan dealership on Frank Lloyd Right and the 101. I’ve called Vince a couple times since I bought my car with random questions and he has always been available to answer my questions. I feel like I have my own personal Nissan assistant for life. Vince Murray has made me a believer in dealerships and I will be referring all of my friends and family to him. Please promote this man! Great job Vince! More

I completed the preliminary paperwork, and when I returned I was assisted by Tamer Abdouni, and he seamlessly completed the process and persona;;y delivered me to Kirk in finance. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were all a credit to Nissan Corp. I would highly recommend this team to anyone leasing or purchasing a vehicle. A+ More
