We had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership in the past, and they went over and above our expectations this time. They listened to our complaints, worked with us on both the sale of dealership in the past, and they went over and above our expectations this time. They listened to our complaints, worked with us on both the sale of the new car and the trade in price for our previous car. They walked us back to finance, introduced us to the head of the finance dept. He worked for several days to find us the best possible rate, and service contracts. While we had no intention of ever buying another car from them after the first time, I will never think of going anywhere else again, as long as I can have this team of men work for us. They made the entire experience quick, painless, profitable and, I might add, fun. We promised them donuts when we come i for service, and we intend to keep that promise. More

Mr. Robbins met us with a smile and "how can I help you" as we approached the front door. We explained our reasons for being there and he addressed those without wasting time. I was interested in leasing a Nissan. I visited with Walter and he showed me the various models and I said I wanted to drive the Sentra. It was really a wonderful car and while driving Walter talked about the various features of the vehicle - the way it accelerated, the braking system, radio, air conditioning, safety features, etc. This vehicle has everything you could possibly imagine to make driving it a joy. With Walter's assistance, I moved through the entire decision-making-experience with ease. I sincerely "enjoyed" the entire time spent. This is the model that all other dealerships should follow. The customer service here is held to a high standard. I left with almost exactly what I wanted for a great price. My financial situation was considered and not thrown out the door like I had hidden money. I mostly dealt with Dan Jensens and fully enjoyed the experience. I also spoke with brad (manager) briefly and enjoyed that, as well as james in the financing department was very nice and honest and helpful. Thanks guys ! More
My husband and I visited Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale after seeing an advertisement online for a used 2012 Nissan Altima at the dealership. Before leaving for the dealership I called and spoke with Chris after seeing an advertisement online for a used 2012 Nissan Altima at the dealership. Before leaving for the dealership I called and spoke with Chris who confirmed that the vehicle was still available. On our way to the dealership, Eugene called to let us know that he would be happy to help us once we arrived at the dealership. Once we got there, Eugene was assisting another customer, but we were introduced to JJ. He was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He explained that the Altima we originally came to see had been sold that afternoon. He took the time to show us the same year and model car that they had on the lot. Unfortunately, my husband was set on a black or white car, which they did not have in stock. JJ offered to show us a new 2013 Altima and promised in doing so to keep our budget in mind. Once we saw the brand new Altima, we fell in love. JJ was very helpful throughout the negotiation process. We feel like both parties agreed on a great price for the car, as well as for our trade in vehicle. We couldn't have been happier dealing with JJ. More
John treated me as he would want his family/daughters to be treated. I feel that i can trust him completely. Which to me, is very important. I have felt that other dealerships/salesmen have taken advantage of me in the past. I did not/do not feel that way with John. I truly believe he genuinely cares about each of his customers.
