We were able to complete everything over the phone and through our sales person bringing the vehicle to our home and then completing the paperwork at our home. We had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership in the past, and they went over and above our expectations this time. They listened to our complaints, worked with us on both the sale of dealership in the past, and they went over and above our expectations this time. They walked us back to finance, introduced us to the head of the finance dept. He worked for several days to find us the best possible rate, and service contracts. While we had no intention of ever buying another car from them after the first time, I will never think of going anywhere else again, as long as I can have this team of men work for us.
