This was unheard of - all the other listings were $16K and above for the year, model, and trim with the same mileage. We got excited, piled ourselves into the car with our 18 month old, and went to check it out. We got there, test drove the CR-V with Vicente, and really liked it! The Carfax was clean, the miles were low, and the car was in fantastic condition! So we went inside to work out the price. I have a Honda Civic that I LOVE - it's paid off, runs really well, and I have an unnatural attachment to it. They asked if I wanted to trade the Civic in for the CR-V and I said no. We went back and forth and they kept pitching offers at us with and without the Civic included. They first tried to offer me $1K for my Civic - laughable! Then they upped it to $2K - still hilarious to me! And that was their best offer! AND, they did not adjust the cost of the CR-V out the door at all. I continued to tell them that my offer on a $13,200 sticker car was $14,500. They started at $18K out the door and I said absolutely not, and upped my offer to $15K out the door. $1800 above the sticker price is MORE than enough for tax, title, and license. They had all these other fees tied to the total - document fees? I know these additional fees can be waived because I have two friends who work at dealerships, and they continued to sit there and look me in the face saying they couldn't waive any of the fees. They kept "talking to someone else" about the price and coming back out with no numbers lower than $17K. I continued to tell them that I was ABSOLUTELY not going to pay over $16K for the car and they continued to jerk us around, adjusting the cost of the car and upping other costs so it STILL came out to $17K or more. All this time, I had my 18 month old son there, restless, bored, tired, hungry... just ready to go. No consideration for my time whatsoever. I don't know what part of "no Civic" and "I'm not going higher than $16K" they didn't understand, but they wasted FOUR HOURS of my day with their back & forth games. We wound up telling them that their numbers were way too far from ours and leaving. I cannot believe that they had a vehicle listed at $13,200 on their website and on Carfax.com and Cars.com and Cargurus.com only to expect to make no less than $17K on it. Anyway, we wound up going to Camelback Mazda, VW, and Subaru (Camelback Difference) and got the same car with only 10K more miles on it, but with TONS of upgrades - dual a/c zones, leather, better stereo, better maintenance records, etc. - for $15,700 out the door. No games, no haggling, no tricks, no stupid document fees or anything other than tax, title, and license. I would recommend Camelback Difference over Pinnacle Nissan any day of the week. I am nothing short of disgusted with the sales people at Pinnacle Nissan. More
Ray Dean is amazing!!!! My family recently purchased a 2014 Pathfinder from Ray Dean at Pinnacle Nissan. He was so helpful, respectful and generous of his time. We all know h My family recently purchased a 2014 Pathfinder from Ray Dean at Pinnacle Nissan. He was so helpful, respectful and generous of his time. We all know how it feels to step onto a carlot and in no way did Ray let that feeling come across. I put him through the ringer to fulfill the needs I had in a particular car but he sat back, listened to all of our needs and sold us the car we wanted and looked forward too. We had some unusual circumstances that we needed to work through but he was patient, kind and understanding. It was like he was a close family friend who was negotiating a deal for us, not the other way around. We have had some questions since and he has even there for us every step of the way. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ray Dean at Piinnacle Nissan is the best car salesman that anyone can work with. No matter how far you have to drive, if you want a Nissan, do yourself a favor and work with him!!!! More
I visited Pinnacle Nissan on 3/30/14 intending to purchase a new 370Z. I worked only with Rudy in sales, both in the emails and phone calls leading up to the visit as well as the visit itself. I have purchase a new 370Z. I worked only with Rudy in sales, both in the emails and phone calls leading up to the visit as well as the visit itself. I have never worked with a more personable, well-informed salesman with such a great attitude. The cars on the lot are much better cared for than 370z that I have previously looked at on other lots, and they also stand behind their cars by promising to fix any issue you find before you take delivery. Rudy went out of his way to figure out ways for me to sample the options I was looking for as they did not have a car on the lot that was configured exactly like what I wanted. We found a car with nav, another with leather, and so on. Ultimately the only reason I did not purchase is that I realized I am a bit too tall to be happy with a 370 long term. That being said, Rudy at Pinnacle is the FIRST and ONLY person anyone should go see if they are looking for a new Nissan. More
Found a pre owned Ford f-150 that I was interested in online. Emailed the internet sales team around noon and received replies from two different sales people saying the vehicle was still in stock. At 1: online. Emailed the internet sales team around noon and received replies from two different sales people saying the vehicle was still in stock. At 1:30 p.m I wrote them back saying I was coming to look at the vehicle. Drove over an hour away to find out the car had been sold that morning! The two internet sales people Mannish and Adam wouldn't even come out of their office to apologize to me and did nothing to rectify the situation. Pinnacle Nissan was very unapologetic and it seemed like a situation that didn't surprise them. Then, the assistant manager had the xxxxx to try and show me Nissan Frontiers. Not even in the same class. This company is a joke!!!! More

My salesperson, David Dallman, was great. That's where my "great" experience ended. My experience with the next SEVEN people has prompted this diatribe regarding the unscrupulous, shady, demeaning practices Pinnacle Nissan considers acceptable. After a deal was made, I was taken down the long, walk of shame called Finance. I was told I would be given a .9% finance rate...I took an hour to read every line of my paperwork and everything was in order. 2 weeks go by and I received a call saying I needed to come in "to talk about" my financing. I made them discuss the issues on the phone and I was told I needed $6k more for a down payment. No go... They call me back that afternoon with "good news". They can finance me. Great! I ask specifics and of course they don't have them. I dupe them and say I have my debit card and I'm ready to make a larger down payment but need the specifics. Suddenly they "find the paperwork". My interest rate jumped from.9% to TWENTY ONE POINT NINE PERCENT. Again, no go... A few days go by and now they're putting a lot of pressure on me to bring their car back. They try to put me into a 2010 Caliber with 75k miles, and when I refused to test drive the car the salesman told me that I was being too picky and if I didn't like it then I needed to give him the keys to the 2013 Rogue I purchased over 2 weeks earlier and we were done. He never spoke to me again. The GM was supposed to meet with me...he never came our of his office. My original salesperson gave me a ride because I was afoot. I was unwilling to make a deal with the devil and Pinnacle Nissan is the epitome of just that. Unfortunately, my story is the norm. This is one if the shadiest businesses I have ever dealt with...I'll be sure to warn everyone I know to stay away. David Dallman, if you ever leave this dealership let me know, as I would recommend you but not at your current place of employment. More
Stacy was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He made what would have been an awful experience into a pleasure. I would go back and buy a car from him again, so would my parents. Just don't have any made what would have been an awful experience into a pleasure. I would go back and buy a car from him again, so would my parents. Just don't have anything to do with Wade or KC-they are rude rude rude. More

I had to wait for sometime for a call when I was able to g on car trader at there dealer ship so I used there chat system to get somebody to call me. I had to wait for sometime for a call when I was able to get answers for car done then came to final the price I was told the was a 399 wax chip fee put on the car I pay for which NOT mention in there add and there dealer fee was higher than other I check but they really told to buy this car. I told them I would sleep on call in the morning because I am out of state I offered a down payment and the following week pay off the car then come and get it. The next morning I found out they would NOT expect a down payment and I told that other people looking at the car and even if I had I down payment they could still buy it because I had not pay it in full. they expect me to trust them site unseen to a buy car but they don't trust costumers out of state to buy a car even thought they advise it. I would not buy a car from them! More
Pinnacle Nissan is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Never, never, never do business with them! I called about a used Nissan Altima 2.5 SL for $12,998. I spoke with KC, he said that ever dealt with. Never, never, never do business with them! I called about a used Nissan Altima 2.5 SL for $12,998. I spoke with KC, he said that it was the one with leather and that I should come down to test drive it. I got down there and they said it was a certified pre-owned vehicle so there was some additional fees (Almost $4,000 more than the list price). I told them that it was out of my budget, so they worked out a "deal" for me. I signed and gave them $2,200 in cash! They gave me a hand written letter for my receipt...then they said they would contact me what they find out about the financing. I didn't hear back from them for almost a week. They took the add for the car down. I finally drove down there and they said that I didn't qualify without a co-signer. I got a co-signer and then when we were about to sign, they said that they had the price wrong the whole time! Said it was a misprint...so they said the actually price was $16,000 vs. $12,998. I told them that it was false advertising and but they said that there was nothing they could do. So I got my money back and forgot about it. I still had no car, so a few weeks later I was researching nissan altimas and I saw the same add again! It was back, with the same pictures, with the same price, but now it was even a little bit less than before! I messaged their chat person immediately and told them that they should stop posting cars that were the wrong price. And without me even mentioning which one I was talking about, he said, you mean the Nissan altima 2010 with the leather? They knew what they were doing and its a bate and switch technique. Do yourself a favor and never do business with them. In fact, please spread the word that NOBODY should do business with them! So terrible!!!!! KC and JJ seemed really nice but they are just in it for money and they don't care about customer service. They are big scammers. STAY AWAY!! PLEASE! No matter how enticing it is, I never want anybody promoting their business EVER! More
