I came in after loosing my vehicle in an accident. I came first to Nissan because my previous vehicle was a 2022 Nissan Altima SR that I truly enjoyed. I was looking around the lot when I was approached. I wanted to see the used inventory on the lot. I was shown a Nissan Sentra, Nissan Rogues, and other. I was keen on the Nissan Rogue but after consideration, I had to be honest with myself that it was out of my budget. Prior to this experience everything was swell. My experience started to sour when I pulled out of the Nissan Rogue. I informed my salesman that I wanted to go home and come back in the morning to review my options. He was very pushy and kept going for the sale. I mentioned “I’m sorry, but I think I want to go home and think things over. I can come back tomorrow to discuss the Sentra.” He responded with “But I don’t want to do this again tomorrow. Why can’t we just execute this today”. I was pressured into buying the vehicle and ultimately caved in. I purchased the vehicle without doing a through look over. The next morning, I realized the car had some front end damage and cracked front end. I’ve also had my credit ran through different lenders that ended up lowering my score as well. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location More
