I have purchased around 6 vehicles in my short 24 years life and I can Honestly say this has been hands down the best car buying experince I have have ever had hands down. I knew it was time to downgrade from a gas guzzling truck to a car with better gas mileage and after weeks of researching between new and used, insurance pricing, and brands I settled with a Nissan versa. I then perceeded to search online, I honestly hadn't looked for reviews of dealerships or sales men, I searched by price of new nissans online. Suprisingly pinnacle Nissan in north Scottsdale 45 mi away from my house had great pricing beating out 6 other online dealerships by at least 1k. Myself being in crutches at the time, really didn't want to go into a dealership potentially wasting my energy and time so I tried the online chat option on there website. After chatting for about 10 minutes about my expectations, wants, and little bit about my financial situation we moved our conversation to the Phone and after speaking on the phone I felt confident that my huge list of demands will be met so I scheduled a appointment to test drive a vehicle. My sales man Zach listened to my needs and found my perfect vehicle on the first try, It was great and he was even able to meet my demands on trade in value, down payment, and total price of the vehicle. He even made sure the transition to the finance department to sign all my documents was smooth, we had the best finance person that matched my personality and made this long dreadful process fun and comedic. Also pinnacle Nissan is full disclosure! They have to tell you everything and they record the finance part of it through a 3rd party company to be sure we are not getting wrong info, it really makes you feel like the owners of this dealership cares and that you are NOT at a crooked dealership All and all this has been the very best dealership and salesman I have ever been to. Zach even called to check in a week after getting my vehicle to ask how I like it and if the car was good and to check in to see how my foot was since I was in crutches. I will drive the 45 mi to get my oil changes, maintance, and eventually to purchase another vehicle at this Specific dealership More
I have bought over 30 new cars over my lifetime but I am going to say that this is the best experience I have ever had from a dealer. I told Mr. Helmand my situation and what I was trying to do. He listen to everything I had to say and then he walk me out to the cars and pick three cars that would work for me, drove all three and pick one that I like the best. Told him that I didn't wanted to go back and forward with managers and he is no problem it will only take 10 minutes and you tell me how you wanted title, I laughed and said ok, and really 30 minutes later I was in my new car happy and its all beacause Mr. Helmand. If you are thinking of a new or used car go and ask for Helmand and you be happy you did. More

i recently gave to great reviews reports but now im taking it all back. i got treated bad at the end..when came out to talk to tristan and rob i told them i had no money down or didnt have a co signer taking it all back. i got treated bad at the end..when came out to talk to tristan and rob i told them i had no money down or didnt have a co signer and they told me i didnt need that this happend on 1-11-11. They worked with me and they came up with a 2011 veras i signed my contract and it was good to go..i stopped back on the 1-14-11 to drop off my extra key to my tahoe that i traded in..I chatted with rob and tristan to make sure everything was still good to go and they said everything was great and fine not to worry about it.so on 1-18-11 they called me to come out and thinking everything was great and settle with the lender after they said everything was fine that they just wanted to go over everything to make sure i was happy. I got out there and found out they took the veras back and said they couldnt find a lender and they wanted 3000.00 down&a co signer even through i wanted the car. they shouldnt of let me drive the veras off the lot on 1-11-11 until they knew it was goin to be for sure with finance. Then they gave me my tahoe back and could not find my licence plates with my tags they claimed they gave them to me when the gave me the veras.so i had to go to the dmv office and get new plates and tags was not happy about that since the dealership lost my old tags and plate and also i notice that they had my tahoe was on there web site for sale i dont think its fair and i should be compsative for everything that they did.because i ve told a few friends how great they were but now i will not be sending anyone to pinnacle nissan cause of the lies. The whole process took only 3 hours from start to finish (including financing) and they delivered the vehicle to my home that same evening. The finance department was outstanding too. You spend an enternity signing this and signing that and to think I wasted three years in grammer school learning to write good. (well lol) I an aguy I felt like I gave birth. This finance guy was very very good and even though I spent a lot of time with him he found a way to save me even more money with a lower I-rate and got a manintenance package as well. Dealers can be dealers and it is all based on ones perception. I had a good experience with this dealer. only you can make the experience best for you. Give them a try. Don't be eager to sign and know when to hold and know when to fold when the dealing is done. More
Stopped in at Pinnacle just to show my husband the new Juke, while we are on vacation. Cameron came out to help us, he told us everything and anything about the Juke. If I was in a position to buy a car in Arizona, I would have bought from Cameron, I only wish the salespeople in PA were as friendly and knowledgable as Cameron. We spent 3 months looking at all the different car dealers that make a crossover/small suv in our price range. After looking at alost 15 dealerships, we narrowed it down and Nissan Rogue was in our t dealers that make a crossover/small suv in our price range. After looking at alost 15 dealerships, we narrowed it down and Nissan Rogue was in our top 3 because we loved the car, the value, and the customer service. This means that we went back to Pinnacle Nissan about 5 times before we actually made our decision and bought the car. Matt Dreis was our sales person, and he was friendly from start to finish. Initially, we made it clear that we were only able to look on Sundays and were probably not going to buy for a couple of months. Matt always treated us like we were his favorite customers, and he always took the time to answer all our questions even though we were firm on not buying or even negotiating at that time. We never let him run numbers (until the end once we had made our decision.) He did his follow up calls (as his job requires), but never made us feel pressured or annoyed. He was super respectful of our schedule and time. Once we decided we were going to buy the Nissan, we went in for the pricing game. They were tough on the price, but negotiated to what we thought was reasonable and fair. We knew what we could afford monthly, and so we eventually walked out saying, "This is a fair price, but we will come back in one or two more months so that we could save up a bit more money to put a down payment and keep our monthly payments where we needed them to be!" They called us the next day asking if we could negotiate a bit more. We had done some homework, priced with Fleet Managers, online searches, etc...and the price that Pinnacle Nissan offered was darn close to any others. So with all the hard work, patience, respect, and friendly attitude that Matt Dreis had shown, we wanted to make sure that he would get our sale (as long as they were able to come close!) So Matt got our business! Unfortunately, Matt was not there when we went in, but his manager helped on Matt's behalf. When signing all the papers, we were pushed to buy extra warranties, special payment programs, etc...but we said "No" and our word was respected. They had the exact car we wanted in the back, which had just been delivered to their lot so we had to come back in a few days so they had time to get it ready for us. We came back two days later to pick up our new car. A few mishaps took place, but they took the appropriate action and made everything right. We have had our car for about 6 weeks and are extremely happy. I was a loyal Toyota person in the past, but Nissan won me over...both the value and look of the Nissan Rogue for the price, and the great customer service at Pinnacle Nissan. Most people know that the car buying experience can be frustrating with the price negotiations. This is their job and it's always been this way. My suggestion is to know and be prepared. Be firm but nice. Do your homework so you know approximately what you will have to pay for the car! , and don't get mad when they do their job. Then go in expecting them to get you to pay one price, yet knowing where you stand. Words of Wisdom: Know what to expect, don't get frutstrated, be educated on what you are buying, and make it a fun experience even if they try to get you to pay more (that's their job...as long as they are nice about it...and Matt Dreis and his team were very nice!) Overall, despite the normal hassles of buying a car and dealing with the pricing, I extremely enjoyed my car buying experience at Pinnacle Nissan. I would highly recommend buying a car from Matt Dreis, and would definitely buy there in the future myself. More

I received an immediate response from Pinnacle Nissan employee, Aaron. I told Aaron what type of vehicle I was looking for. After checking several used vehicles, I found and drove the Nissan Sentra. The next day Wells Fargo informed me Jamie from Pinnacle Nissan messed up with the documents. I drove to Pinnacle Nissan and managed to straighten out the mess. More
