I was shopping for a Nissan GT-R and found one advertised at Pinnacle on Autotrader. The MSRP was listed as $76,540 and the selling price as $76,740. I called and Asia Henderson identified herself as a Fle at Pinnacle on Autotrader. The MSRP was listed as $76,540 and the selling price as $76,740. I called and Asia Henderson identified herself as a Fleet Manager. I asked her to check to see if the price was correct and if the car was on the ground, still available. She put me on hold while she checked. She told me they still had the car and the price was correct. I told her I would set up an appointment. The next day I called about noon and talked to Jim, who also identified himself as a fleet manager. He told me he had sold the car several days before, and that it was priced at $108,000. He said he could sell me another GT-R, but at a significant premium over the MSRP. I have no problem with them selling the car over MSRP. The problem was advertising it at a price they would not sell it for, leaving the ad to attract other buyers and pull a bait and switch, and telling me they had a car when they had sold it at least several days and probably several weeks before. I did file a fraud complaint with three law enforcement agencies and recommend other people do the same when they are scammed like this. More
To be sure, the absolute worst dealership, as well as Pinnacle Nissan (will post another review there) I have ever dealt with. Pushy, dishonest, employees are taking cheap shots at other employees in fro Pinnacle Nissan (will post another review there) I have ever dealt with. Pushy, dishonest, employees are taking cheap shots at other employees in front of the customer, management is absent or impotent to do anything to reign in their sales reps. Over priced and continue to push add-ons of outlandish services that are in no way neccessary. Just an all around terrible experience as well as service experience and quality of service. You would expect however that repeat business would be treated well, but the next review will be in Pinnacle Nissan, and it is a nightmare far worse than even this. More
I would never recommend this dealership. They install vehicles with custom wheels that do not properly fit the car and do not meet saftey requirements. The custom wheels rub and Pinnacle denies it when 2 vehicles with custom wheels that do not properly fit the car and do not meet saftey requirements. The custom wheels rub and Pinnacle denies it when 2 other Nissan Dealerships have confirmed this along with several tire dealers. Keith Billings is very arrogant and believes he is the end all for Pinnacle Nissan and no one is above him. FOR THE YOUR SAFETY AND THOSE OF YOUR LOVED ONES - NEVER BUY FROM PINNACLE NISSAN More
After one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership, I am so glad I found this site. I have purchased many cars over my life and have never been insulted so much within a few hours. Not only dealership, I am so glad I found this site. I have purchased many cars over my life and have never been insulted so much within a few hours. Not only did the numbers not add up correctly on the paperwork, they would not let up on the add on's. The goal of Pinnacle Nissan is to wear you down to the point of just wanting to sign so you can be done. I didn't fall for it. They not only lost a sale, they will never sell me a car. EVER! More
I went into the dealership trying to do a trade. I got the usual run around about how they needed to find a car to bury negative equity in. And find me something more in my price range. After about 2 ho the usual run around about how they needed to find a car to bury negative equity in. And find me something more in my price range. After about 2 hours of negotiating and me putting more down then i had intended, we found a car that was agreeable and was basically what i wanted. Stephon was the finance guy, and of course the minute i step into his office to get my paperwork done, he begins to tell me how i need to get this coverage and that coverage and the warranty is over. I finally got out of the dealership with my car and a price that i wouldnt exactly say was fair. But a week later i get a phone call from Stephon saying that "They couldnt find a bank to finance my loan at the rate they told me." so after doing research on my own i got approved with a credit union at the "Price" i thought we agreed apon the night i bought the car. I went in to settle everything only to find out that they changed the price of the vehicle and now i needed to go back and get a higher finance. I finally decided to just walk out and get my old car back.I had to fight with the accounting department to return the money i had put down. After waiting for another 2 hrs for them to see if they could maybe keep me in my new car, my old car was brought around front for me to take home. Well when inspecting the car to make sure everything was still ok i found that my back right tire was almost completly flat and i asked if they could explain why it was flat. I got the run around about how the car never left the dealership and that i most likly hit a nail 10 days ago when i brought the car in for trade. Even though they had fully inspected the car and nothing was wrong with it. I had to argue with Tim my salesmen who insisted that my car never left, even though they had a tent sale the previous weekend and. ALL preowned vehicles where not even on the lot." I got to speak with the general manager who came out and finally agreed to fix my car. All in all, it was a terrible experience and i dont recommend going to this dealership, they tell you one thing then turn around and flip flop everything just to make a quick buck. More
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I filed a grievance against them with the BBB. I havent heard one positive comment about this dealer. I can relate to every one of these peoples nightmares! My husband a against them with the BBB. I havent heard one positive comment about this dealer. I can relate to every one of these peoples nightmares! My husband and I going throughh exactly everything everyone else is cpomplaining about. I bought a car that needed some minor repairs and were promised they would be taken care of, weeks later everyone is dodging us. Leading up to that they are VERY dishonest and they are VERY deceptive in their pricing. They never show you the bottom line price of a vehicle only the monthly payment. They dont even tell you what your interest rate will be. If you call them out on their game the berate you and surround you with 4 or 5 souless lying, dishonest sales people who pressure you unTIL you cave. I felt I finally got a reasonable price for my car but otherwise Id say STAY AWAY! Also the finance dept is horrible too! Yes the hidden costs, Im familiar. Also not one name metioned in any of these blogs are familiar and this morning I called the finance dept because I never got my payment book and the woman who answered the call acted like he never existed, she stated"there is nobody here by the name of Tim" I said I was pretty sure that was his name. She advised I was mistaking. Later in the conversation she slipped up and mentioned Tims name. They turn over employees like crazy. The foundation of their buusiness was built on lies and deception and they need filthy, unethical, losers to keep it alive!!!!! If you want quality go to Bell Honda. Great people. Go to the fleet dept. More
I had been doing plenty of internet homework to avoid the whole dealership hassle, with no results.. After numerous unanswered email requests, I decided to actually take a call from Steve with the result of whole dealership hassle, with no results.. After numerous unanswered email requests, I decided to actually take a call from Steve with the result of " I can't give you info over the phone or internet, you will need to come in." ( exactly what I wanted to avoid ). I agreed to go in due to the fact that all of the vehicles I was interested in where IN-STOCK. I arrived on time and waited about half an hour to be told that Steve was not going to be in.. The gentelman that had the dubious task of helping me ( Neal )took down my info that I had already gave to Steve.. We made our way to the lot to find one of the 15+ cars I would have settled for, to find that not even 1 was in stock.. Now Neal was very helpful with my extremely negative attitude, did not make me wait, or try to sell me anything that I didn't want.. Basically I think he was playing damage control from yet another upset customer. I don't know why I'm supprised at my outcome, as I have only had one good car buying expierence in the last 10 years @ Midway Nissan. More
Chris Cady was extremely rude, Martin Peters should be ashamed of his dealership and the way that they treat their customers. Our overall experience was awful and the "we owe" that we were given and promi ashamed of his dealership and the way that they treat their customers. Our overall experience was awful and the "we owe" that we were given and promised was never taken care of. Martin Peters guarantees customer satisfaction, but does not follow through with this promise. More
Terrible dealership. Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment with Jeff Kerns and he never showed up. We were coming from 150 miles away and were the a car dealership. Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment with Jeff Kerns and he never showed up. We were coming from 150 miles away and were there for 2-hours and he never showed. The used car he told us about never even existed at the dealership and they tried pulling the bait-and-switch of a more expensive car with less options. Also the payments the sales person was calculating was $40/month higher than the true calculation - - beware of hidden costs and add-ons with Pinnacle Nissan. More
In Feb 07, we purchased a brand new 07 Nissan van from this dealership. The van is awsome, no problems. The sales woman AMY FERRILY, was nice to us while we were there. When we got home, we double ch this dealership. The van is awsome, no problems. The sales woman AMY FERRILY, was nice to us while we were there. When we got home, we double checked the contract to make sure they did not charge us for anything we did not agree on and guess what, they DID! We called AMY and she blamed someone else and then she stopped answering her cell phone or returning our calls. We contacted TODD GREENBURG THE DIRECTOR FOR NEW CARS and this guy is an idot. He is very, very RUDE and was of no help. After we told him AMY lied to us and we did not agree on any EXTRA STUFF he basically told us too bad you signed the contract and he stopped returning our calls. The next IDIOT we delt with is CHRIS CADY, he is just like the other ones. A LIER who doesn't return phone calls. So if you are in the market for a NISSAN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We are in the process of filing a complaint with the B.B.B. and we will see how that goes. T More
