I stopped in to Pinnacle Nissan just to look and met Kingsley White. He was most informative regarding the cars I was interested in and was able to get me into a car that I didn't even think would be i Kingsley White. First, I just want to start off and say that I’ve NEVER bought from a dealership before. I’ve bought/sold many cars in the past on Craigslist. At a dealership, I was always under the impression that I woul bought from a dealership before. I’ve bought/sold many cars in the past on Craigslist. At a dealership, I was always under the impression that I would end up paying more for something that I didn’t need with add-ons, unnecessary warranties, ect. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I went to the Nissan dealership close to my house in Scottsdale. I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Vince Murray. I thought I knew cars! I threw every question in the book at Vince. I’ve never met anyone as educated about cars as Vince. After weeks of previously shopping around, I knew immediately I wanted to work with Vince……as long as the price was right. After I told him exactly what I wanted, we both agreed on a (very) reasonable price. On top of that, I was able to get the exact car I wanted, 2012 Nissan Altima, AND with leather added. I couldn’t have been happier with the Nissan dealership and Vince Murray. About a week later, I came back to the same dealership so my wife could buy a car. Since my previous experience was so exceptional, I would only work with Vince. She ended up getting an amazing deal on a 2012 Rogue. Once again, Vince exceeded all of our expectations when it came to buying from a dealership. After 15 years of buying from Craigslist, I’ll only buy from Vince and the Nissan dealership on Frank Lloyd Right and the 101. I’ve called Vince a couple times since I bought my car with random questions and he has always been available to answer my questions. I feel like I have my own personal Nissan assistant for life. Vince Murray has made me a believer in dealerships and I will be referring all of my friends and family to him. Please promote this man! Great job Vince! More
