I wish that i had read all the negative reviews before going into this place. I should have gotten the clue from the salesman when he said within 5 minutes of me being there that "we have a bad rep, but w going into this place. I should have gotten the clue from the salesman when he said within 5 minutes of me being there that "we have a bad rep, but we are trying to get better"(bruce). let me tell you, its painfully said to see a grown man like him lie and scheme the way he did. plus the guy didnt have a clue about the vehicle he was selling, nor did he know what options were standard on the vehicle. then when you tell him that it is supposed to be included in the base vehicle he gets all pissy and says ok then ill throw it in. gee thanks bruce for throwing in an item that is SUPPOSED to be there. i could go on about this guy and his pathetic attempts at making you feel like he cares about you as a customer, and you know what, i will. i mean when he keeps saying to you how much money he is personally making or losing on a deal, well come one, a little professionalism please. oh and please guy, save your BS lines like "its all about you", "my middle name is service", "leave it to me" etc etc blah blah, i could see right thru it. do people actually fall for that crap? now if you somehow make it past the saleman and get into financing and you happen to get mike m, RUN. this guy is without question THE biggest scam artist and liar i have EVER had the displeasure of meeting. after spending less than 5 minutes listening to this guy i had to get up and leave. after making it past his army of puppets (yes the salesman are mere puppets for the finance managers) and other finance managers who look like they just graduated high school, i was gone from that place faster than usain bolt running the 40. ill find my armada elsewhere thank you. i give pinnacle 1 star only for selling nissans. and please, get rid of that "pinnacle promise", its a complete joke. heres my own "promise"... i promise to tell everyone i personally know and every website that i can write a review on how terrible pinnacle nissan is! By far the most awful experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I would like to name the salemen I worked with but then this review probably won't get posted. The first guy I dealt with NEVER gave me dealership. I would like to name the salemen I worked with but then this review probably won't get posted. The first guy I dealt with NEVER gave me straight answers to the important info I needed to know like what is the money factor? What is the cap cost? Residual value? Would never give me any facts at all! He would just call me 3 times a day being very pushy saying just come in and we'll give you a real whacked out deal! Well I did go in and they offered me a $565/month lease on a $23,000 car! And they didn't back down much from that. Also every word that came out of his mouth was a lie. For example he said that Pinnacle has the only manual transmission 2010 Altima Coupe in the Western U.S. so it could not be discounted. Well I checked Nissan's inventory and there were at least 10 manual transmissions in Phoenix alone. I told them I wanted to deal with someone else so they gave me a different guy to work with. He was not much better, and trust me I've never had to do this before (switch salesman). Finally after all the time I wasted with these jokers I decided to go with Midway Nissan which was a much better experience, albeit 10 miles further. Now to the worst part. When I started dealing with Midway I told them my credit was already approved through Pinnacle Nissan. The first rep from Pinnacle and the Sales Manager (I checked with him also to make sure) told me my credit was 'good to go' after doing the whole credit application process. I just moved from Canada and have brand new credit in the U.S. which makes me a unique application, even though I have good credit in Canada. Midway verified with Nissan Finance and nobody from Pinnacle even contacted Nissan about my credit app! So basically they just wanted to get a deal done before even checking my credit. Obviously they are all trained the same way to sell cars. I will be contacting the BBB about these guys because I am completely disgusted with their shananigans! Through all my years of experience in buying cars from dealerships I have never seen anything even close to how these guys do business. In the end I got a good deal from Midway and it was quick and painless. Do yourself a favor and NEVER deal with Pinnacle!! More
True CAR SALES MAN- higher prices than other places in the valley, do not recommend. They did not try and work with my price at all, they pulled all the sales tricks and they shouldn't have even shown we the valley, do not recommend. They did not try and work with my price at all, they pulled all the sales tricks and they shouldn't have even shown we the car they did as they knew my budget! Not a good place to work with! More
Without getting too lengthy in a comment, I just want to say that my husband and I feel that the salesmen invoved in our transaction were very dishonest in the overall sale of our new car. FOR US BUYING A C say that my husband and I feel that the salesmen invoved in our transaction were very dishonest in the overall sale of our new car. FOR US BUYING A CAR IS A HUGE DEAL, WE GET A NEW ONE ABOUT EVERY 10 YEARS. It is true that if you do not watch them like a hawk you WILL get ripped off for fees that should not even be offered for such a transaction. They got my husband to sign off on an extended warranty $2995.00 and two other exhorbatant fees, tire warranty $580.00 and GPS tracking $1700.00, that he was not even aware of, (I know but is was really late and we had been shopping since 8am that day and signed contract at 10pm)The added amount came to over $5275.00. When I realized that my husband had signed off on these ridiculous services, we contacted the dealer less than 12 hours later and on a Sunday to make sure before the loan went in to take these charges off. They informed him that they had already gone in and it was going to take 6 mo to get his money back. It took him hours of standing around the dealership to even get that response. We got the finance companies number and called them and they had not even recieved the paperwork on the car. All they had to do was tear up the original contract and write a new one, for some reason they were lying to us, or they were too lazy to make it right. Obviously they do not understand the right of recision law and are damn lucky we kept the car. So buyer beware, I guess they feel they are entitled to someone elses hard earned money and only have to shmooze up to you for a sale. Oh and when we got home I realized that one of the car mats was missing, I called to perhaps see if the car washer had accidentally left it when they cleaned the car since I did check before I bought the car and it was there. They quickly emailed me back and made sure they informed me that the car was an as-is car. So make sure if you deal with these bums watch your fine print and make sure that you are getting everything that you agreed upon...BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! More
We went in to purchase a used car at the end of the year. Went through the usual 2-3 hour back and forth on the price of the car and the amount we would get for the trade in. Eventually agreed to a price on Went through the usual 2-3 hour back and forth on the price of the car and the amount we would get for the trade in. Eventually agreed to a price on both but were surprised when the detailed pricing with fees came back with an entry for Zaktek for $297 as a permanent entry on the form. Told the salesperson we would not pay this and Pinnacle would not back off and said it was mandatory. We expressed that we thought this was a "sleazy" hidden fee. Sounds like this is pretty common experience and the dealer tries to wear you down and then get customers to accept this $297 fee just so they can finally get out of there. The saleman said, "after all this, you would walk on a deal because of $297?" We did and will not be back to Pinnacle Nissan. More
Everyone we were working with at Pinnacle Nissan was great! The one thing I would suggest is please simplify the forms and not have it take so long. If someone at Pinnacle is reading this please send us great! The one thing I would suggest is please simplify the forms and not have it take so long. I went into Pinnacle to "shop" for prices and get out as soon as I could! WOW, was I impressed!!! We were greeted by Anthony, an older gentleman, who was very nice and concerned about what my wife and I wan soon as I could! WOW, was I impressed!!! We were greeted by Anthony, an older gentleman, who was very nice and concerned about what my wife and I wanted. He showed us options and colors all the while putting up with our position on shopping and leaving. We were offered a test drive, by ourselves, and my wife agrees this was nice. After we got back to the dealer, Anthony meet us with bottled water and a friendly smile. I proceeded to tell him that we wanted the best price and no 'TATICS'. He introduced us to Dave Clarke and reiterated we didn't want to waste time. Dave was very polite and said he'd be right back. My wife and I both thought; Here we go!! To our dismay, Dave came back with two options on how we could purchase or lease a car. He printed out the information for us and said that if he could do anything else, let him know. My wife and I said thanks and we parted company. We then proceeded to take our "price" and shop as we intended. We did our shopping and quickly figured out were we would make our purchase. Pinnacle made an impression on how we wanted to be treated and allowed US to make the decision. Thanks to Anthony and Dave, we will certainly refer our family and friends to Pinnacle! More

Mr. Chuez directed me to the Nissan Coupe 20 To Prospective Buyers: On September 5,2009 I went in to Pinnacle Nissan and was greated by Luis Chuez. Mr. Chuez directed me to the Nissan Coupe 2009 model I was interested in and after I mentioned it did not have all the features, he contacted Ms. Anthony who advised me she would accomodate me, and provided me with a confirmation receipt for my records. Past experiences have not been as pleasent and I am happy to be able to share a great experience. Most individuals complain of unfair pricing and having to deal with hidden costs. Based upon my experience I can say that their were no hidden costs and anything that I did not understand or had a concern about, they were more than willing to review with me. The finance department offers you many options to chose from and they are not obligated or put on agreement unless you choose. The price I agreed upon is the price I am paying in addition to other options I chose to add including gap insurance, and other warranties which were explained in detail by Mr. DelValle. All of the employees who I had to pleasure of coming in contact with were very helpful and willing to provide me with anything I needed. I strongly recommend this dealership and hope more individuals who have an extradinary experience come forward. Thank you again, Ms. Asunsolo More
