One of the worst Nissan dealers I ever dealt with. First a salesmen who knows as much about a 370Z as the man on the moon. The a person calling herself a sales mananger calling me and telling me to come she a salesmen who knows as much about a 370Z as the man on the moon. They send out another soldier with a guy who knows nothing. I tell this soldier I am leaving and he laughs as I walk away. Someone else would have punched this little weasel in the face. Don't waste your time, I can just imagine what their service department is like.Cookie told the dealer has had a lot of negative publicity and she was trying to turn it around. Alex, the GM, was helpful in my transaction, I thought by going back to would have the same experience with the next car I purchased. I definitely was correct!! Alex treated my girlfriend and myself as if we were family. He made sure our purchase was as great of an experience as our first. He worked with the salesman to help us make this deal work for us. I was very happy to have worked with Laith, the salesman. He was not only funny but he did everything in his power to make this purchase as smooth as possible. I would recommend using Laith if you are looking for a car. Alex & Laith worked the numbers and I purchased the vehicle. When I went into finance the great experience was continued. Mike was funny and explained everything to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys for your hard work!! When I go to look for my sports car, Pinnacle will be my first choice. We also met the general manager while there. Alex stopped by our table as we were finishing our purchase and introduced himself giving us his card with a request to contact him for any reason. I was very impressed that he would take the time to do that, as he went around meeting the many customers that were there. Having purchased 16 vehicles so far in my lifetime, I can honestly say that this last experience was the easiest and most comfortable to date. i strongly recommend this dealership. More

I bought my altima here. I spent 3 hours at the dealership trying to make up my mind (and my husband's) on what kind of car we really wanted. We went to Pinnacle Nissan last weekend to trade in my wife's piece of junk car and get something a little bigger and nicer. Very friendly and we got the credit check out of the way online as well... when we went in, Bill gave us (& the kids) popcorn and bottled water. Steve is his manager, and also very friendly. we went to pinnacle when we were looking for our previous car, but we we ended up buying our car from a guy online only to later find out it was wrecked before (what a mistake). Steve gave us a car-fax that shows if it ever was wrecked, how many owners, even showed some of the service done to it. Speaking of last time... they remodeled inside, it looks really nice. We met the new big boss Alex, we don't think he was the owner, but he was definately in charge and took time to check in us. Overall, my opinion is go online and send in a request. We expected to spend all weekend buying a car, but since I sent in my internet request on a Thursday, we had a lot of the stuff out of the way. We walked in the next Saturday morning at about 10 and was driving our new (well, new to us) murano by 1. What a relief! I read some of the negative comments on here and I don't think they are talking about the same place. More

The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It would appear that the word Honesty has never entered into this dealerships vocabulary! Stear Clear of them. Complete frustration from beginning to end!
