Recently I purchased A 2012 Altima (2dr Coupe).I am thrilled with my new vehicle! My husband and I knew we wanted a Nissan Versa and just stopped by Pinnacle because I had purchased my 2001 Xterra (brand new) through them 11 years ago. He was able to put my husband and I in a more "upgraded" Versa for a price that we could afford and that was more than fair. This is the SECOND great buying experience I've had with Pinnacle Nissan and we continue to tell all of our friends about our positive buying experience with not only Pinnacle, but also Moe! I know most people would rather have glass in their eye rather than go car shopping at adealership, but my husband and I both agreed that this was actually an enjoyable experience - all dealerships should model their sales process on Pinnacle's! I had a great experience at pinnacle Nissan. my sales rep. was Stephen Jenkins and he was great. I was only visiting the dealership to start looking around and had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Steven rep. was Stephen Jenkins and he was great. I was only visiting the dealership to start looking around and had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Steven made me feel comfortable and assisted me in finding a vehicle that fit my needs. I was a little hesitant about purchasing a vehicle because i did not have the best of credit (590 credit score). Stephen assured me that Pinnacle Nissan had one of the best finance departments in town and if we found a vehicle that I would consider purchasing, he was confident that they could get an approval for me. I ended up finding a very clean SUV for me and my family. When we went inside to discuss the figures Stephen was very professional and straight forward. After Stephen introduced me to the finance manager he assured me he was going to have my vehicle clean and ready for delivery. Much to my surprise the whole process took only a few hours (normally an all day process), and my vehicle was sitting in the delivery area clean as can be! Stephen made this experience a great one and I would recommend you asking for him when you visit Pinnacle Nissan for your next car. More
