He accommodated us and was able to transfer his knowledge of the vehicle that we choose and was able to compare to another model we considered. The overall sales process was reasonable. The price point that we were looking at and what was negotiated was within a very reasonable amount. The dealership held to there committment to us, even when there was a question if they went to far on their price to us. We bought a Jeep from this dealership. We also purchased the highest warranty offered to ensure that if we had a problem, it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg to fix. A few months after we bought it we nee the highest warranty offered to ensure that if we had a problem, it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg to fix. A few months after we bought it we needed to use our 4wheel drive for the first time. We discovered that it was not working. Now, we are pretty sure it was sold to us broken, but, knowing that we had the warranty, we weren't too scared of what was going to happen. Turns out, the man who sold us the warranty did NOT offer us the highest one available and getting our 4x4 fixed was not covered (to top it off, the gentleman who did all the paperwork is no longer employed there because he didn't follow policy...so now we are the ones to suffer because he did not do his job). The repairs for the Jeep ended up costing us quite a bit to fix. It's now 3 months later and IT'S BROKEN AGAIN. We are not hard core off roaders, we don't do things that could break the 4 wheel drive. So why it's broken yet again is beyond me. Their website mentioned that people keep coming back because of their customer service....not true!! The reason for people coming back to Pinnacle is because they fix things half way so people can keep coming back to give them more money. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again and I will be sure to encourage others to stay away as well. More
