DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP BUYER BEWARE! Don't blame me if you purchase from these liars and get burned. As of 9/5, my old car has not been paid off, but my new loan has been opened. I now have two outstanding loans, and only one car. When I contacted the finance department, they were anything but helpful. I was told by Brian, the head of finance, that the payoff was sent via ACH on 9/2/2019. I knew that could not be true as it would have shown by 9/5/2019. I then posted a review on Google. I got a call from Anna that the payment was sent that day (9/5) and that it should hit my account by today (9/6). It was left in a voicemail, so I have it recorded! SO NOT TRUE. I called Andre, the Assistant GM, and he was your typical car salesman person, saying I "misunderstood" what they were saying. I HAVE IT IN A RECORDING. Upon my insistence, he then "looked into the matter." I received a call back, and he acted like I should be happy that they paid it of TODAY 9/6! LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES. He then told me I "just wanted to be upset with them." What a piece of work. GO BUY FROM AVONDALE NISSAN INSTEAD. Ask for Jasin Loop. They have always been amazing. I purchase a new Nissan about every year, and AVONDALE NISSAN IS THE WAY TO GO! I should be ashamed of myself for letting these horrible, dishonest people fool me yet again. THIS IS THE LAST TIME. My wife and I are part year residents in Arizona and wanted to purchase a vehicle to have while we are here. We had previously had a Nissan Quest and had a very positive experience with the performance and reliability of the car. Consequently, Nissan was one of the makes of car we considered. Our sales consultant was Nick Uhlman. Nick took the time to listen to what we were looking for and suggested models (Rouge, Kicks) that would serve our needs. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles, was able to answer all our questions and was able to point out key features that differentiated the 2 models. He was not pushy at all and did not try to sell us something we did not need. Our experience with Nick and Pinnacle was great Based on my buying experience, I gave Pinnacle 5 stars. However, based on follow up after the sale, I would at best give them 1 star. Here is why. .....I was having trouble with the auto start via the key fob. I saw Nick and he was unfamiliar with it and said he would meet me the next day and go to servise with me to figure it out. No problem I said...I come in the next day and Nick is not there. I call him and he said he had to go to another dealer but service knew about it. I go to service and ask who was the. Tech that had spoken to Nick...They say to me “Who is Nick?” I am not happy at this point. I get Nick on the phone and have him talk to the service tech. The service tech then helps me understand the auto start process....Next, as I am a part year resident, I have somebody check in on my place and I wanted them to be on the lookout for when tags, plates and registration might be coming. I speak with Nick about about when the paperwork would go from Pinnacle to DMV . Nic connects me with Dustin in finance. Dustin doesn’t know why he needs to speak to me so obviously Nick didn’t tell him the reason his input was needed. Nick takes my email and phone number says he will check when the paperwork will be going to DMV and get back to me. One week later, I have not heard from Dustin. In that week I had called Dustin twice. In neither instance did I speak but I did leave messages with Dustin’s boss . His boss told me he was on it and would have Dustin contact me but that had no affect. I haven't heard anything. Service (not to be confused with vehicle service and repair ) after the sale is poor at best I am not so dissatisfied that I would give them a No rating but ample room for improvement on Pinnacles part. When I do bring my vehicle in for service, I hope for a more positive experience READ LESS More
