Friendly and honest. They worked hard to actually give me a great deal on a fantastic car. The entire experience was practically painless (except for the 100F plus heat, which made shopping the lot a swe me a great deal on a fantastic car. I contacted Pinnacle Nissan after seeing their inventory on line. They had the vehicle my wife and I wanted with all the options we wanted including the leather seats. I emailed the dealer explaining what I wanted to spend and the vehicle we were interested in. Within minutes I received a reply from Joe Macke who explained since I was in Law Enforcement they had a special program called American Eagle Program which gives additional discounts for Miltary and First Responders. Joe advised the General Manager would be contacting me shortly. John Egizio then called me and explained the program, it sounded too good to be true, cops are always looking for the catch. But John and I set an appointment for the next day. upon arrival at the dealer I met with Joe who then introduced my wife and I to John, Joe gave him the information on the vehicle we were trading and the vehicle we wanted to purchase. John took us into his office and within minutes on him putting numbers into his computer he gave us the deal of a lifetime. I had done my homework and knew what my trade was worth, how much the current rebates were and the APR's my credit would get me. John figured in the American Eagle Program rebate needless to say a handshake later we purchased the vehicle total time was 30 minutes at this point. Joe then made sure the vehicle was full of gas, was washed detailed and looking great by the time we were done with finance, Joe took us on a tour of the service and parts department, showed us where to come when waiting for service and explained every thing about the new vehicle including setting up my wifes phone with the vehicle's bluetooth system. This took a while longer but start to finish we were on our way from the time we drove onto the Pinnacle Nissans lot to the time we exitted on to FLW was under 4 hours. Would I recommend Pinnacle Nissan to my friends, family and co-worked YES I would in a heartbeat. More
Less that 3 weeks ago we traded in our 2010 Sentra for a 2007 Hyundai Tucson, the Hyundai is a lemon and has extremely an dangerous Issue with the frame. We took it back into the service department and within a week the problem (obvious fish-tailing) on the rear of the car was worse than it originally was. Nissan Pinnacle will not accept the car back, they have offered to fix it again however since this would be second time within 2 weeks we told them that was not a option. Now, at this point we have NO car and Nissan Pinnacle is willing to sell us another car with our payments going from $310.00 a month to $400.00. Our Sentra is on their lot but they say the loan on THAT car is paid off so we can't have it back. DO NOT do business with this dealership. The manager Josh IS a typical USED car salesman. We are currently on our way back to Pinnacle Nissan trying to get our original car back. I will keep you posted. We intend to POST this review on Facebook and other websites in an attempt to alert others to the business practices of Nissan Pinnacle. If I had KNOWN the Hyundai was a lemon we wouldn't have traded for it in the first place. Please LEARN from OUR lesson! Before you have to go through what we are going through. More

Had a wonderful experience! we were expecting the worse and it was the complete opposite!! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and not once felt pressured or bullied into settling for a vehicle.. Dan Stanton and Josh leader provided us with exceptional customer service and even though we were the last ones there (walking out of the dealership around 11:30 pm) we enjoyed there company and they made the whole process easy and comfortable! After 3 long months and four car repairs later, I finally did it. What almost everyone dreads, going to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. The pushy car salesmen that hounds you as soon as you walk into the parking lot, the uneasy feeling you get when you get home and realize you got hussled … I was definitely not looking forward to my journey to dealerships. I went to several car dealerships close to my area and left each one feeling uncomfortable with the salesperson and discouraged that I was not going to find my dream vehicle. I had seen an internet listing of an awesome deal for a used Nissan Altima at Pinnacle peak Nissan so I immediately headed over to that location. I just want to say right off the bat; this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I don’t know if I am able to name drop but Dan Stanton the Car Salesman and Josh Leader the finance man were incredibly awesome! They seriously made this a smooth sailing experience! Dan provided exceptional customer service and seriously calmed my nerves about the whole car buying experience. I was so nervous the whole evening and he always assured me this was going to be a fun an exciting experience, not once did I feel like he was just trying to close a deal and sell a car. Everyone I came in contact with that evening had been so awesome! It had been a long evening and Josh our finance man, turned our “signing papers ordeal” into a good time. He had my family and me laughing and seriously made that part of the process so much easier.
