I was looking on Craig's list for a vehicle, and one of the items I clicked on, brought up Pinnacle Nissan. He asked me a few more specific questions and he asked me if it would be alright for him to take a look at their inventory and call mer back. He found something in my price range, and asked if I would like to see it. He drove to my house to show me the car. The car was more than I expected to get for the amount of money I was spending, I loved it! I wrote him a check for a down payment, and paid the balance the following day, WHEN HE DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME. That is what I call AWESOME Customer Service! I never went to Pinnacle NIssan for anything, he brought everything to me. I will recommend John Senter to everyone I know, I have talked about my experience with my friends and family and they even said themselves, that is what you call SERVICE! This is the second Nissan I have purchased through this dealership. The first was back in 2009. Worked on a deal for a week. In the middle of the deal, they raised the price on me 1k and refused to honor the internet price I originally started working with. My wife and I were completely prepared to purchase the car at the original internet price, even told them this in several emails and over the phone, but they wouldn't honor it at all. I had been talking with John for about a month trying to figure out which vehicle was best for my needs. Within that month he never once tried to get me to come to the dealership. He was also upfront and honest about the pricing before I even showed up at the dealership, there were no hidden fees. I showed up and what we discussed via emails was exactly what I got. He found the perfect Xterra and had it ready to go before I even pulled into the parking lot. I arrived at the dealership and test drove, negotiated and signed all paperwork within three hours. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. His calm pleasant demeanor was a delight compared to any other Nissan dealership we went to. The entire staff was phenominal! I will gladly buy all of my future vehicles from Pinnacle Nissan and would highly recommend John Senter! P.S. Stay away from ABC Nissan!! More
