Jeffrey Miller was an amazing sales associate, he managed to get me the exact brand new 2016 Nissan Murano I wanted even thought it was from a differe Jeffrey Miller was an amazing sales associate, he managed to get me the exact brand new 2016 Nissan Murano I wanted even thought it was from a different Nissan dealer 30+ miles away and at an amazing price. Even thought there was a problem with the Murano sunroof originally, service fixed it promptly which giving me a loaner vehicle for the time being and Jimi at the service department was super nice and phoned with updates nearly everyday. It was a A+ experience all around, kuddos to Jeffery Miller, Matt Cerreta and Pinnacle Nissan! More

Unhappy customer We bought a Nissan Altima 2013. Today we went back for the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz, after calling and making an appointment to see it. The salesman Edga We bought a Nissan Altima 2013. Today we went back for the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz, after calling and making an appointment to see it. The salesman Edgar Bustillos called us to confirm the time to see the car. When we were there he required DL and documents. After 35 minutes his boss said the car was sold. If the Dealer called us why didn't they tell us the car was sold? We spent 76 minutes round trip getting there! That was not professional way to treat a customer. I will never go to back this place. It is a fraudulent activity to approach customers this way and I don't recommend this dealer to anybody. More
