We looked up a vehicle on Truecar.com and contacted the dealership. Though the location if further than we'd have liked, we made my way out there. Jenni Brown showed us the car and took us on a test drive. Jenni was very nice and friendly so was real easy to deal with, but also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. I had a false (perhaps) expectation that if I find a vehicle at Truecar.com, there won't be a need for negotiating or haggling, but there were some of that. So good research ahead of time and comparison is still a great idea. But since I had slightly different expectations, I had lots of questions to Jenni and her manager Manish Zinta. They patiently answered and explained all my questions and no time during our conversations, did I feel the usual pressure to pull a fast one over us or fool us into something it is not. The price was still more than what we had in mind. We thought it would be Truecar.com price plus tax and registration or about 15-20% more than the listed price. But no, you'd have to include dealer adds on top of that. In our case, it was Nitrogen in the tires, paint protective coats that is reapplied for free for 3 years and 7year/100,000 miles powertrain protection. So we decided to leave and consider our options away from the dealership. Once again, we didn't feel the usual pressure to keep us to stay at the dealership or asking how much monthly payment are you looking for etc. After doing a bit more of research and comparison, we decided that it was still a great deal and we later went back to purchase the car. Once again, everyone was nice and friendly, there was no pressure cooker feeling to buy it now or NOW, all the questions were well explained and I do feel that I came out with a great buy. More

Michael did an excellent job and was friendly to work with the entire time - from test drive to purchase. He worked hard to make sure that everything I needed or wanted was taken care of and all of my concerns were addressed. Even when I had to come back in a couple of different times, he was happy to help and run around getting things taken care of. I definitely appreciated working with him and would recommend others to seek him out if looking to purchase a car. More

Michael is nothing like the stereotype of car salesman. He was honest, generous, and fought hard to get me a fantastic deal! Overall the dealership is clean and comfortable to be in. I went to several other dealerships and none paired in comparison to Pinnacle and their staff. I would recommend them to any friend. I love my 350Z, but I ever need another car, Pinnacle Nissan is where I will be going. More

I could see no point in confronting service department about this, due to their attitude towards me when I pulled in. "Oh you with the low miles" as a snide remark. I doubt whether they even bothered to change the oil, when confronted from previous visit 3 months ago "special $36" 2 oil changes. I don't see a need to explain myself for low mileage (under 2,000 miles in 3 years. As a senior military veteran with health issues, I need this car basic Nissan Versa with automatic transmission, so I can still drive myself to the local Phoenix VA Medical Center for medical treatment. Nissan America called me and left message to call them after I notified them via e-mail, with voice message on my land line phone. (I don't have a cell phone, due to the high monthly costs - being retired and living off SS every penny counts). Anyway each time I tried to call them at the specified times I was told they would be in the office, the call always went to voice mail. Also when they called they left a message with case number and return phone call number said so rapidly that I had to replay the phone message several times to write down the info. I really don't see any reason to continue to try and reach them. When I tried to call back the dealer rep with phone number given, it was ALWAYS BUSY. This most recent bad experience and the other one when I was told I needed engine service done, I had the sense to put it off and took the vehicle to an independent garage which charged 1/2 the price the dealer was charging. After reading the NEGATIVE reviews on Pinnacle Nissan, the glowing reviews I found on the WWW by a former sales manger were written by employees and relatives thereof, thus so many 5 out 5 “perfect” ratings. I tried again to reach the Nissan America representative Megan Esposito, and after leaving a voice mail [I called her at specified time she would be in] she called me, but when I answered she hung up. More

Woo Hoo! I decided to buy a convertible & had done a lot of research & was at the point of doing test drives. I stumbled upon a 2012 Lexus IS on the internet I decided to buy a convertible & had done a lot of research & was at the point of doing test drives. I stumbled upon a 2012 Lexus IS on the internet at Pinnacle Nissan with VERY low miles. It was after 7p on Sunday the day before Memorial & I saw their live chat option was still available. I sent a question if the car was still in their inventory and an operator answered right away. They indicated it was on their computer & would have a salesman check & was it ok if they called me to let me know? Rudy with the internet department called & they in fact did still have it. The price for the year & amount of miles was very appealing so I set an appointment early the next day. Let me stop right here & say that I hate buying cars. As so many customers experience a car salesman is not my type of person. I say this with the fact that one of my sons is a car salesman, but as I found out in my experience with Rudy, neither he nor Rudy are the typical salesman. Rudy was throughout the whole experience SO friendly & I loved the energy and positive attitude that was a part of our interactions. Did he go through typical sales process? Yes, but the way he ( and his manager) handled it there was never the hard sales pressure type of feeling I have had so often in the past. I am a straight shooter - black & white - and I don't like the games period. I got what I felt was a fair price for the new car. My trade I think they could have given more but I did not push that point. I was very aggressive about interest rate - I do not play the 'payment' game as I work in the auto finance industry & you can manipulate numbers easily and end up paying more over the full term. And they actually have exceeded my expectations on where my rate would fall. So I am VERY happy with the service and the price and am recommending Rudy to everyone that will listen to me! More
