It took over a month to get the timing fixed and drove it home only to find out timing was off. Never got a return call from them. Finally made an appointment only to find out the parts had come in two weeks home only to find out timing was off. Never got a return call from them. I had very bad experience with the service department. Waited almost 2 weeks to get an appointment. I dropped the vehicle at 8a and was told it will take all day to get a diagnosis. I called to check the status they said my battery was bad. It was under warranty so I said i would come get the battery so it can be exhanged the service rep said I will call you when the tech gets back from lunch so you can pick it up. Never heard back called the next morning she says oh I though you would have just come by to get it. Got the battery exchanged. Still nothing from them as to how long or what the issue could be. I called several times to speak with the service rep. I got put on hold and transferred to the voicemail several times with no response. Waited till the following Monday called still no answer no response. Then i get a call back stated the vehicle is done but they want to hold it another day or so to test drive it. 2 days later I get a call the vehicle is done i can pick it up but they havent test drove because my tire went flat. They suggested i purchase new tires I informed the rep I can take care of the tires myself. The one tire had a slow leak. She told me they could not put air in the tire because it was on the lot and couldnt get it into the shop. I purchased a portable tire inflater and pumped the tire myself. The truck drove fine then the next morning the same issue I brought it in for happens again an electrical issue where the truck will shut down in traffic or whereever complete power loss. I tried to speak with a manager to get some clarity as to why I paid $189.00 for them to change a battery and then dont have the common decency to put air in my tire. They had my vehicle for a total of 8 days and olny changed the battery and im still having the same issue. Very disappointed in this service and customer service. The sad part is all the service reps are side by side and when you call they transfer you to get a voicemail which you wont get a return call I felt like a pest having to call several times just to get nothing resolved. I also left a voicemail with the service manager. Havent received a return call yet. Now I have to take my vehicle to another dealership just to get this highly dangerous issue looked into again. Review on Service and Sales. Had hybrid Tahoe that had engine light. Took to them was told the vehicle needed a new engine quote was $10k. I challenged them by stating it runs, i Had hybrid Tahoe that had engine light. Took to them was told the vehicle needed a new engine quote was $10k. I challenged them by stating it runs, idles and accelerates fine. They stood firm. So I listed the Tahoe for super cheap on ebay listing code and dealer engine quote. Guy purchased it from out of state and drove back to Florida where he took to another dealer and ended up being $45 sensor on engine block. I followed up the results with Pinkerton service along with picture of Tampa dealer repair and ask if I could at least have some money back from the incorrect diagnosis ($430). Told no, and that I should have ask if they had a Hybrid trained tech before having their service team look at it. Sales...was looking to purchase a new Tahoe or Yukon. Salesman had no idea of vehicle features, which buttons did what. And never called when new vehicles arrived for us to look at. We just happen to see that new Tahoe's and Yukon had arrived when driving by. Purchased elsewhere. More
Poor customer service. Poor communication from customer service and manager. I was told would take only 4 hours. Took 1 and 1/2 days. I was charged for something that was not fixed. My camera worked when I took my car in for service now it does not. I DO NOT recommend Pinkerton. STAY AWAY! I wanted to give ZERO stars but I could not. More

Absolutely horrible Place! I had my truck sent there twice (I asked to have it towed there btw) by my insurance company for repair work by the automotive shop due to vandalism. The first time was great...the second was absolutely the worst experience ever. Shaun, the service manager said his "best guy" worked on my vehicle. I had bolts missing, seals leaking, grease all over my door and hood, brand new oil cooler lines I paid for, the only thing they sold me, LEAKING!. I took it back and they said it was fixed. Omg, it was still leaking oil! Said it was RESIDUAL! I can't even tell you how horrible this place is. Do not go there! More
