Eric has been that young fresh blood that this service department needed. Old mindset of serving to only older population must be gone. Previous service reps gave you looks, annoyed and unhappy. His positive attitude matches new bolder look of the cars and trucks Lincoln is making. I would recommend slowly hiring more younger people and retiring older service reps who are stuck in the past. Then this dealership will realize it’s full potential, because right now despite the fact it is centrally located, it is failing to realize it’s full potential.
