My car was there for 10 days, I had to call and see what was going on every day, my service advisor had no idea what was going on with my car. Why is there the capability of requesting a loaner if you guys was going on every day, my service advisor had no idea what was going on with my car. Why is there the capability of requesting a loaner if you guys don't give it to the customer, and when u request it my advisors excuse is we don't do that for recalls. Um my car is here for power loss not only a recall and that he didn't want me to have to pay for it.. So leaving me without a car is the logical thing to do? Day 7 I had to come and fight for a car and then the next day boom my car was magically ready. Nothing was done car still drives like xxxx. Not even washed. Will never bring my car back here. And I went with the benefit of the doubt with everyone telling me their horror stories here.... Thanks for nothing More

Filthy disgusting loaner cars and no response from service manager when requested. I had the Works performed on my truck just before going on a 1200 Mile trip. I arrived in Moody, Alabama. A man approached and said there was smoke coming from my truck. He checked under the hood and o on a 1200 Mile trip. I arrived in Moody, Alabama. A man approached and said there was smoke coming from my truck. He checked under the hood and oil had squirted all under the hood and wheel well. He looked at oil well and there was no oil cap so all the oil squirted out. I miraculously found the cap on the ledge in front. It's amazing that it hadn't fallen off. I made it to my destination in Ark. Took the truck to the dealer. It cost me $180.00 to take care of it. Also now my engine is making noise that I must also get checked out. I have been going to Pines Ford over 20 years. I'm very disappointed this time. More

Abraham was an awesome sales consultant and was able to do what the Lincoln dealers in my area were unwilling to. He was transparent and accommodating and I financed a beautiful 2022 Aviator.
