I made an appointment on line for several issues including oil change, tire rotation service, sunroof not working correctly, and front suspension making a noise. The service department told me they including oil change, tire rotation service, sunroof not working correctly, and front suspension making a noise. The service department told me they only were able to do the oil change and rotate the tire but they did not balance them. Now my Shelby F150 SuperSnake drives like xxxx. Steering wheel vibrates and the bucket shakes due to tire not being balanced. To top things off they lost my lug nut keys so I can’t even go to a tire place to have the tires removed and balanced. I went to the dealership today and the service advisor said he put it n the car. I told him he never put it back and he went back and forth looking for it at the service area. This is a big wheel lock they could not possibly get lost in my car. This is very frustrating and now it’s dangerous to drive my car. Such a small lack of attention to detail with horrible end result. I know need to order all new lug nuts with a new lock key. The tire place will need to break the old ones off and replace the riders with new bolts. I am confiding getting an attorney. Especially if something happens on the road due to this service. More
