Never again for service. Dropped car off and called a week later. Service advisor never returned my call. Called again two weeks later and was told the car was ready. After paying $2,000+, the check engine light was still on. Lost trip. Received car the next day only to find the mechanics working on the car had left grease stains on my premium car mats. I am now taking my business to Sawgrass Ford in Plantation, twice the distance. Their customer service is MUCH better. More
