Thank you to Roberto for having the patience while my bank very very slowly got the auto loan ready. Everything was quick and easy to deal with including the finance department. Once I got the car there were noticeable scratches and dents on the fenders that the car transport company pointed out to me since I was not able to come down to the dealership to purchase and pick up the car myself. We'll have to take to a body shop to see what it can cost to get these dents out of the fenders as well as the scratches fixed. Everything else about this dealership was great other than the scratches and dents on the car. More

I had several issues when I arrived at Pines Lincoln my representative listened to them gave a spot interpretation of the underlying problem, directed me away from diagnostics that would have cost several representative listened to them gave a spot interpretation of the underlying problem, directed me away from diagnostics that would have cost several hundred dollars with less expensive alternatives for two of the three problems. The third problem he correctly predicted was a transmission issue. He advocated with Lincoln to have the problem fixed at no cost to me and arranged for a no cost rental as well. My car was returned witha new “lease on life” on the designated day and the cost as zero to me. Plus they have good coffee😊 Kudos to the teams and the brand. More
