Brought my ford in for rough shifting. Was told that it was the torque converter $2300 repair. Decided to go ahead with the service here at the dealer to get it serviced right. I was told that we were lucky to bring it in and repair this issue before it caused a major transmission problem and that this repair.solved that issue. I specificallyasked what issues I should look for next and was told "water pump." Left the dealership and found that I had no brakes and almost crashed hard off the road and into.another vehicle. I replaced a vacuum line myself but was never told that the car wouldn't have brakes until it was changed. Picked up the car again. Next, we Drove the car with family to Orlando and the transmission (which was just handled with the repair and I was told is good to go) failed and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere on the highway. Terrible experience. Was told that they would take care of the tow $600. Still unpaid and now I have to pay. When they recieved the car they told me over $4k to repair the transmission? Just like that? They just serviced the transmission and wanted more from me. Treated me with disdain & like a fool. After dealing with this nightmare with no resolve or accountability from your dealership. Ford manufacturer stepped in and cover the repair under warranty even though it was out of warranty. Still cost me $1k more. I paid and received the car back. Next time I was driving was to Orlando again. Moved the car to get my kids from school and found a puddle of transmissionfluid underneath. Called your service guy Marco. He sent the toe truck and still has not contacted me about what is wrong with the car now. I am a share holder and own 4 vehicles. All ford's. My family drive ford's and just purchased 2 expeditions new. After this terrible nightmare of an experience that still isn't over. We are looking at Chevy. Worst service experience of my life. Can't even get a call back to find out how long I have to rent a car for before my car is "repaired" again More
