Handled me with TLC I arrived at Pines Ford quite exhausted after a not so pleasant visit at Gus Machado Ford. Each member of the used car team from the salesman (Eddie) to the Sales Manager (Eugene) to the Finance Manager (Gilbert) were very careful to make sure I did not have a similar experience at Pines Ford! Though I was purchasing a used vehicle, the care in which they handled my transaction reminded me of the purchasing experience I had when buying my BMW. Not only were they quick, they were quite thorough and even more accommodating. As a result, my final purchase was a car I had no idea I would qualify for--infinite thanks to Gilbert Martinez for working a small financing miracle on my behalf! I can't wait to recommend Pines Used Car dealer to my friends! Best car buying experience ever! More
Don't do service here I took my 2012 F350 here for service 2/26/16. Two weeks later, I opened my hood and found corrosion built up on my battery thick enough that it looked I took my 2012 F350 here for service 2/26/16. I had to call three times to speak to the service manager, I got his email and sent pictures to him of the situation. I have not heard anything back since he received the pictures. More
WORST EXPERIENCE - My son's car was brought to the collision department after being hit in the back. I thought when I saw it that it was going to be a total loss especi My son's car was brought to the collision department after being hit in the back. I thought when I saw it that it was going to be a total loss especially if there was to be any frame damage. Since they had not gotten paid yet Mr. Cooper was very nice. The lady adjuster was also very nice. After having the car for a long time they said that there was frame damage but that they were going to repair it. I couldnt understand why they waited so long to tell us about the frame damage but I guess at this point they had too much invested in the car so they decided to fix and not make it a total loss. Fast forward two months and the whole left side of the bumper is coming off. I took the car in today since my son has been óut of the country and they had the audacity to tell me in my face that it was a new accident. They are pointing at a few scratches that my neighbors cat could have done. No dents!!! Nothing!!! Mr. Cooper was very rude. I was not going to be intimidated by Mr. Cooper's rudeness. I called my AllState agent and when I walked in another customer that was waiting there said that Mr. Cooper had been trashing me to someone on the phone. He thought that was unprofessional and not a nice thing to do in front of other customers. At this point I made it known that I would not be speaking with him anymore and now I am opening the case up and in order to reveal if the frame was in fact repaired. More

I MUST SAY MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN VERY SKEPTICLE ABOUT CAR DEALERSHIPS, BUT SINCE THE TIME WE ENTERED THE USED CAR OFFICE AT PINES FORD WE WERE T I MUST SAY MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN VERY SKEPTICLE ABOUT CAR DEALERSHIPS, BUT SINCE THE TIME WE ENTERED THE USED CAR OFFICE AT PINES FORD WE WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. MR. EDDIE D AND BREEN WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL TO US. EDDIE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLANED EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE 2009 LINCOLN MKZ WE BOUGHT. WE BOTH APPRECIATED WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR US. FURTHER I CAME BACK TO HIM ON 12/14/15 TO FIX SOMETHING ON THE CAR AND HE IMMEDIATELY STEPPED UP AND TOOK CARE EVRYTHING FOR ME. THAT'S WHAT I CALL TRUE PROFESSIONALISM. I WOULD LIKE TO FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE GILBERT AT FINANCE THAT HELPED US THROUGH THIS PROCESS SMOOTHLY, I COULD SEE THAT HE HAD OUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND AND WE APPRECIATED THAT DEEPLY. As recent residents to Florida finding a dealership that took the time and had the knowledge they did of their inventory was a calming experience. Vince Lopez (sales manager) and Jerry Alvarez (sales consultant) from the start were professional and knowledgeable, Jerry Alvarez was patient in answering all our questions (and we had many) Vince Lopez worked with us to get the best price and interest rate possible, as well as making sure that the car we purchased was affordable as well as being a car we could afford to maintain within our budget, and for that alone we will forever be appreciative for. The salesman and the head of used car sales were very good and very professional. The car had a problem with the top not closing fully. I expected the worst given I had already taken delivery and did not notice the problem. Well, let me tell you they were fabulous about it. They took the car and had the repairs done immediately with no questions asked! They even gave me a rental car! Great people. Superb service! I want to mention Robert in the service area. What a wonderful guy! he kept me informed of the progress of getting the parts and moving the repair along. All I can say is that my next used car purchase will be at Pines Ford!!!!!!!! More
terrible experience with collision shop My son's car has been at Pines Ford Collision Center since it was involved in an accident on 1/11/15. John Cooper was very responsive at first - right up until just about the time I actually OK'd the repair which was mid January or so (maybe the 15th). Of course, once I OK the repairs, that's the time the dealer knows they'll be getting paid since it's an insured repair so dealing with me becomes superfluous (as and aside, as far as OK'ing the repairs before proceeding, I didn't want work to progress until I had the opportunity to discuss the estimate as I was concerned about the vehicle being repaired when it might have been a total loss (i.e., I OK repairs and suddenly extra work is necessary which would have made the car a total loss if it was discovered at first - after all, if the car's a total loss, the dealer doesn't make any money). Forgetting the fact that the estimate DID almost double as I feared (but not enough to get close to a total loss figure), shortly after I OK'd the repairs John stopped responding to any of my attempts at contact. Another issue is the fact that notwithstanding the "promise date" listed in their estimate of 1/30/15 (put in there for the benefit of State Farm only, I'm sure), he told me several completion dates that were earlier than 1/30/15 and all of which came and went without the car being done. Eventually I stopped leaving messages for John and just started to speak to whoever answered the phone at the collision center (Jennifer, I think). At least at that point, I was speaking to a human being and not just leaving phone messages. With that said, from her I've been getting more of the same - broken promises. Company policy, I guess. I'm not interested in apologies or explanations, quite frankly - I just want my son's car back. I can only hope that the final product is better than how things have gone to date. More

Nice Lincoln service is complimentary but to be honest 2 plus hours waiting 30 minutes travel each way my time is much more valuable than the time wasted here. NEVER AGAIN.. I'll pay the local car wash / oil change place their $29.00 then waste 3 plus hours here. Never happened with Infiniti... More

My family and I had a wonderful experience there yesterday and would not hesitate in recommending this dealership. Communication prior to my visit was very friendly. He texted me his business card and we touched bases via a phone call. Upon arrival he had the car I was interested in waiting right next to his office. We arrived and were on a test drive within 5 minutes. 1 hour later we have a VERY FAIR deal in place. It was painless and very courteous. There were no games and he worked very hard on getting me the most value he could on my trade-in (2008 CTS w/93K miles). We left and have no buyer's remorse. There is nothing better than feeling you got a fair purchase on a car. If every car buying experience were like this, Car Salesmen would have a much better reputation. Run (don't walk) to Pines Ford and seek out Roly for your car buying needs. Highly recommended! More
