My service tech Joel Gonzales, went out of his way to make sure the repairs I needed were completed in the timeliest manner possible. When the part I needed was on back order, he arranged to have a loaner dropped off at my house, (very convenient & stress free)and when the part finally came in, he even installed it himself, rather than having me wait for a repair tech to complete the job. Now that's service! Joel kept me in the loop at every stage, and even called the corporate office to get my part delivery expedited. With that kind of service, I'll be a Lincoln owner for a long long time! Thanks! More

Though I was purchasing a used vehicle, the care in which they handled my transaction reminded me of the purchasing experience I had when buying my BMW. Not only were they quick, they were quite thorough and even more accommodating.
