I bough a new Ford Focus last January, after a month a took the car back with transmission problems, 2 days later I got the car back and was told that it was fix. Since that date I took the car back 5 more times with the same problem. Same result, your car has been fix. I did a little research and if you google "Ford focus transmission problems" you will find hundreds of bad reports dated back to 2012. There's a civil law suit in court right now. Ford knew about this problems with the car when they sold it to us. The salesman Knew, the service guy knew, the service manager knew , the mechanic knew, the general manager knew. Everybody knew about it and they still paling this vehicle to customers all aver the country. I was offered another car if a put down $3.000 more. hell no... DO NOT BUY FROM FORD AGAIN. More

I would recommend never taking your car to them for repair as they clearly do not stand behind their lackluster work. More
