Service for 2015 Ford Focus I have my vehicle a Ford Focus 2015, I have been having so many problems with this vehicle. The transmission in this vehicle has almost made me loose I have my vehicle a Ford Focus 2015, I have been having so many problems with this vehicle. The transmission in this vehicle has almost made me loose my life a few times. I bring the car back and nothing gets resolved. Kenny the service manage has nothing to do with the service on the car your mechanic does and to give a car back with so many problems and not fix the problem I can't understand that at all. I know you want the good review and this is all you care about but I am sorry. I pay good money each month and drive a car that is dangerous. I have brought my car in so many times and the car was never repaired and again never called to see how they can resolve the problem. I picked my car up on Thursday night service department was gone for the night and I had scratches on my black car and a nice man said he would have someone contact me and they never did, nice. *Note- This time the mechanic kept my car for (8) days and finally at this moment I feel like it was repaired. 7,500 mile service on 2017 MKX the convenience of the pick up & delivery is just that very convenient to go to work and back while the Lincoln is getting serviced. Both concierge people that came to pick and drop off were very polite and professional. The car wash was horrible it's not the first time that we get it washed there and it was the same. Spots everywhere and the inside is not vacuumed correctly, also they use some kind of white cream that they leave all over the inside of the doors and leather. More

Only negative experience I have ever had here is waiting 2 1/2 hours one Saturday morning for an oil change and car wash. However they did compensate me for it with a free oil change. More

Charging for a service under warranty My car is an MKC 2015 with 18,000 miles. On October 17, I took it to Lincoln Pembroke Pines because my latch was not closing properly. The car is under warranty but this dealer tried to charge me almost $1,000 for a service covered by my warranty. The manager never showed up to talk to me even if I requested to discuss the problem directly with him.I refused to accept that abuse and left. Two days later, I took my vehicle to Lincoln Doral and they fixed the problem without hesitation. Thums up for Lincoln Doral and thumbs down for Pines. More
