Never expected this.............. I brought my Explorer to Pines Ford for an oil change on November 29th. When the lady at the service counter suggested having the tires rotated, I hes I brought my Explorer to Pines Ford for an oil change on November 29th. When the lady at the service counter suggested having the tires rotated, I hesitated as I didn't believe it was necessary yet. It turned out that her suggestion was due to my having a Ford Owners Advantage credit that was due to expire soon. Hearing the tire rotation would only cost a few dollars, I agreed. An hour later the same lady told me that my Explorer was ready. It had been thoroughly checked out along with the oil change but the tires weren't rotated due to the wheel lock key breaking. "We will replace your locks but don't have any in stock. But we will have them tomorrow. I'll call you." And that's exactly what she did. I couldn't return to Pines Ford until Friday but as soon as I approached her, she held the package containing the new locks up for me to see. I'd thought it would only take a few minutes yet taking the locks off would take about an hour. And I needed to be at work in two. But she promised that I'd make it to work on time. An hour later I was told that my Explorer was ready. That lady asked me to follow her to the service area. So I did. Stopping and saying "Just wait here" I didn't understand what was happening. But seeing her drive my car from the service center herself then getting out while saying "Don't be late for work" was quite a surprise. I assumed she'd forgotten that I owed her a few dollars for the tire rotation so I reminded her. Her response of "Don't worry about it" was a double shock. I insisted on paying yet she insisted that I get going. This lady's name is Ninfa and I'd like for Pines Ford to know that what she did for me will never be forgotten. In these times, usually courtesy and understanding are qualities that are hard to find. If at all. But I was shown both that day. You're very fortunate to have her in your employ. Now I know that I did the right thing by purchasing my Explorer at Pines. You can be sure that my next vehicle will be from your dealership. And please, thank Ninfa again for me. More
