Service advisor Peter Galvez of Pines Lincoln has been very helpful and professional. However, It seems that the parts department does not have access to all the information required to provide the parts very helpful and professional. However, It seems that the parts department does not have access to all the information required to provide the parts required for installation of a trailer hitch on my 2017 Lincoln MKX bought as a warranted pre-owned car. It took three visits to complete the installation. On both visit # 1 and # 2, they found that they needed an additional part. I had my appointment cancelled a day before, which was already rescheduled two weeks before because whoever was in charge of my request and appointment did not care about checking that I was taking the ca already rescheduled two weeks before because whoever was in charge of my request and appointment did not care about checking that I was taking the car to be fixed in regards to a Safety Recall letter where parts should had been then properly ordered before said confirmation.
