The service representative Marcos is really good at his job, he has always taken interest on getting my truck fixed whenever I take it for maintenance. The mechanics that’s something diferente, last ti job, he has always taken interest on getting my truck fixed whenever I take it for maintenance. The mechanics that’s something diferente, last time I was told the need me to leave the van at the dealership for a couple of days to get it fix and oil change and a week went by and they never did nothing because they say they were waiting for a part, I asked them if they had at least change the oil and rotated the tires and the said they were waiting for another part so they can do it all at the same time, at the and it took almost two weeks and they still put something on the truck that will need to be replaced in the future because it was not the right one, I lost almost two weeks of work and nobody care about, I would definitely not go back to this dealership again. More
