The rep who received me last did not have a good attitude or was willing to help me find the best solution. The manager worked with me and was able to get my car in for a diagnostic. They quoted me an exorbitant amount for AC repair which was bogus because I got a second opinion elsewhere and there was nothing wrong with my AC. I had to pay over $300 just for a bogus diagnostic. They tried to scam me because I’m a woman and they figured I wouldn’t know better. I’m very disappointed. More

This service was fast and great other lately have been terrible with long waits and delays in eval time and fees. Who can leave a primary vehicle for over three weeks???? I had a recall on my F350 so I contacted my service rep Roger he setup the appointment. When I arrive he attended to my appointment a nd said the truck would be ready same day and he would call me.
