The salesman, John, is a real character and has a lot to say !! We are, overall, satisfied with our Mercedes S 500 we bought from him, but ALWAYS go into this with both eyes wide open. They are a second hand car dealer, so don't expect everything to work on the car, DO take it for a test drive and DO NOT accept that everything is great, when you find things wrong, as we did. If you stick to these principles, as we did, and still are happy to buy " Sold as seen " then no problem. Although John was great, the lady he handed over to, to complete the paperwork and take payment etc was very miserable and really made you feel as if you were bothering her by merely being there. Needs to go on a Customer awareness course. More

For starters they're inventory is not up to date. Went there looking for a specific vehicle. It had been sold weeks ago. Looked around on the lot most of the cars have been painted by Ray Charles. No real history as to where the cars come from or how they got to their lot. Pricing on their cars for what they were was a little meh. Not sure I would purchase there. Especially after reading feedback and reviews. I hope the owners read the reviews and make changes. More

The reason that I was going there was for the Buick, but that had been sold. I knew from speaking with them, and on the website that they had several SUVs for the price I wanted to pay so this would be a go that had been sold. I was greeted promptly and worked with Veronica whom I had spoken with on the phone for the sale. She showed me several SUVs and I was able to find an Explorer that was in good condition and reasonably priced. The process to purchase the car was quick and I was on the road in about 90 minutes. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and it was definitely worth the trip from Wimauma, Fl. More

Don't EVER, EVER, EVER, BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE SCOUNDRELS! THE SALESMAN John, assured me that the dealer has a mechanic check all the major systems in the SUV! On the test drive the goofy salesman told me that I wasn't allowed to drive over 30 mph in any of his vehicles, when I picked the vehicle up he gave me the speil that it's a decent vehicle if I keep up with the service of the vehicle! Two miles down the road, at roughly 45-50 mph the vehicle, suddenly started a rear end wobble that almost sent me off the road! I immediately got off the road and called Goofy John and asked him why the owner would deliver a vehicle as dangerous as that was?? He offered to give me$30 of his huge commission, to cover the minor repair he said!! Only had the vehicle for less than 2 months, already have invested over 2000 more for various other problems the vehicle should have been addressed my management/ Owner and checked for safety! It took over two months to get the registration and had to drive 3 hours as I live east coast of Florida and to put the icing on the cake the title has beenafe electronic by these crooks so even though I sold it to a mechanic, I can't deliver it to him for another week or two till the paper title comes!!
