Had a great experience buying my first car with Brandon Shields! He was very easy to speak to & very upfront & honest. I didn’t feel pushed into a car sale or like a “number” to help him meet a quota. I also brought along my dad & step mom & between the 3 of us who can be a bit distracted as we separated on the car lot several times, Brandon was able to keep us on track. He also answered any questions I had being that it was my first car buying experience & expanded on anything further that I didn’t understand. He made the whole process a lot less stressful than anticipated. I would recommend him to friends & family in a heartbeat & plan on using him for future purchases as well. Thank you Brandon!! More
My salesman was amazing (Brandon Shields)! I was looking to trade my car in for a used car and left there with a 2022 Toyota Camry with only 4 miles on it when I purchased it! Internet Sales side is the only one I can say that is worth talking with. Once you talk with a sales team member and sales manager good luck. Once we arrived and looked at the vehicle first thing the quo worth talking with. Once you talk with a sales team member and sales manager good luck. Once we arrived and looked at the vehicle first thing the quoted price/sticker price and internet price which where all the same is not correct. The actual price is several thousand dollars higher due to demand and chip shortage. But due to some incentives they would see what they can do. Internet sales agent steps in MSRP/Sticker price would be honored. So on to trade in, 03 Toyota Sienna XLE, advised them of the issue, it does have a check engine light. #1 Shift solenoid needs replacing. I was upfront. Vehicle has 87000 miles on it. They advised because of this its only worth $500. Several other places had trade in over $3,000 when looking at same vehicle to include online sales. I left upset. (Internet sales) called and asked what happened, I explained, that the offer was a disgrace. If they would have said they did not want it or that it was worth any price closer to the other offers I would have kept my Van and bought the new one as I had already been pre-approved with check in hand. So, I receive a call back from the sales manager who told me his repair shop told him it would be around $3000 to repair the transmission that is why the low ball offer. Would MSRP with a $2000 towards it get my business, I advised there was no way I would do business with them. It was not about the money it was about being honest. First tried to jack up the MSRP then low ball trade in. More

I have had both a Matrix and a Pruis serviced there. There have been minor issues and they tend to charge more than most other dealerships, but nothing to the point that we would not go there or buy ano There have been minor issues and they tend to charge more than most other dealerships, but nothing to the point that we would not go there or buy another Toyota. After this last incident, it is the last time. I took the Matrix in to get it checked over. They called me with a $5,400 dollar bill to fix the vehicle. After I got off the phone, the bill changed to $4,200. They also indicated the car did not pass inspection. The first item that was out of place on the bill was the battery. They claimed it was leaking acid. What they didn’t know is the battery was brand new and replaced the previous one that leaked acid. They wanted $1,300 for four new tires on a 2007 vehicle. I read the inspection in which only two tires needed replacing. They made no indication that only two needed replacing. After I called back the price on the tires lowered to just over $800. They said that the car needed new wheel bearings. That makes sense on a car with 150,000 miles on it. However, just after 70,000 they replaced the wheel bearings. That indicates either the car wasn’t right or they again decided that they would just charge extra to make money. Finally, they indicated that the reason it failed inspection was due to a leaking steering wheel. However, nowhere on the estimate was a leaking steering wheel. These incidents happened in January 2021. More
Took our car in for recall, was given a time of 2-4 hours and it took 6, then was given car back with the back seat not even attached. Service manager was rude and hostile when we spoke with him. Would not e and it took 6, then was given car back with the back seat not even attached. Service manager was rude and hostile when we spoke with him. Would not even let my husband finish a sentence or listen to what he was saying. Yes offered a tank of gas but that was not what he was asking. Very disgusted with this service department as customer service is beyond horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
If I could give them a zero, I would. We drove from Charlotte to this dealership to purchase the vehicle that we communicated with all day long on yesterday about just to arrive and be told they had ju Charlotte to this dealership to purchase the vehicle that we communicated with all day long on yesterday about just to arrive and be told they had just sold it to someone else. I failed to mention they called at 1009 this morning to confirm I was still coming. I told the young lady, yes, we will be there at 1100. They sent a text at 1018 and I confirmed there as well. Upon arrival, we see a salesperson in the driver's seat of the vehicle. my husband asked about the vehicle and was told it just sold. I called and Jessica walked over to speak to me. What a total waste of energy...spoke to Chris Cummingham via telephone...useless...spoke to Ryan...he listened and got Mark who was the GM...Mark offered to make me a sweet deal on something else...problem was I only wanted the Acura...he started with the excuses of vehicle inventory being low...blah blah...not my issue! He claimed he would find out who called me to verify I was still on the way...I don't believe him. He didn't really seem interested. They are terrible and I would not advise anyone to do business with them. Go someplace else! More

Lost time and money dealing with them. They advertised a truck just to change the price after we started negotiating and posted pictures and description with accessories that were removed after the fact. Th truck just to change the price after we started negotiating and posted pictures and description with accessories that were removed after the fact. They also added bogus fees like paint protection and crazy high documentation fees. I paid an inspection on a truck expecting a price announced and accessories on description that turned out not to be true. Stay away. More
