Me and my husband went here January of 2022 seeking to upgrade our vehicle. We ended up trading in our 2015 Nissan Rogue for a 2019 Toyota Camry. Upon purchase there were some minor paint scratches and cr upgrade our vehicle. We ended up trading in our 2015 Nissan Rogue for a 2019 Toyota Camry. Upon purchase there were some minor paint scratches and cracks on the back bumper and I was promised a full tank of gas. I reached out several times to my sales person, the manager, the service department, and the service manager with no solution. Months later, as I continued to put forth effort, I was asked to get an estimate of the damage and send it into them. I completed this, twice to be exact, and was told that we was awaiting for Toyota to approve it. This is the last that I have heard from them. Not to mention, right in the middle of our sale, our sales rep left. He claimed that he had a dinner party to attend for work. So he had no clue of what happened after he left. He did follow up with an email, but did not acknowledge my response informing him of the issues. I also feel as if they took advantage of me and my husband for our lack of experience with auto sales. They over priced the vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership. They did not show any concern for my needs. And I am frankly one very upset and disappointed customer. More

Terrible experience with PH Toyota. My sales person was wonderful, but he worked at the Southern Select section of this Auto Group. My husband and I test drove a car, said yes we want to buy it, he told the manager of Toyota we were going to Purchase. Went back to our sales persons desk to do the paperwork, and not an hour later I was called and told they sold it to someone else. Then!!! Got a text today saying the car had been returned and was I still interested. Of Course I said yes. Not an hour later, got another text saying oops its sold..... WHAT!!! Who is the manager of this dealership?? We will not be going back. Sad because we only have a few dealerships in our area. Now we will drive to Raleigh and make our car purchase there. More
