I was prompted to write this because I read some of the negative comments. I thought I was reading about a different dealership. While I am sure there been. Problems from time to time in the buying and service process I don't believe for a minute that all is not done to try to satisfy the customer. Someone used chad and Robbie's name in their negative comments. Wow. I hope all will see this comment. In closing thanks for way we been treated since 1987 . Dave schuchard More
Got Stuck! I bought a 2014 carolla back in a September 2014. When I got back from the test drive, I told the salesman that I liked it but my credit was in poor s I bought a 2014 carolla back in a September 2014. When I got back from the test drive, I told the salesman that I liked it but my credit was in poor standing! We worked out a deal, where I was guaranteed by 3 please there that Toyota Finance was a go, and worked out a price and rate. When the salesman told me to drive it on home, that the deal was set, I specifically ask again, "Are you sure that this is a go with my credit?" Again I was told yes, that the deal was done and were were set! It was late when I left there, so I had to come back the next day to do some paperwork. Once again on paperwork, we made a deal, set up our package, signed and shook on it! Well.... A few days later, I received a call from the salesman telling me that I needed to come in. He said that they just needed to straighten a little paperwork, and that they would fill the gas tank. When I got there, the salesman took the car to fill it as I went to handle the paperwork. Come to find out, I was turned down by Toyota Finance, and that they had me financed with someone else, with a lot higher interest rate, and that I was not eligible for the package that we agreed on! I was no longer even eligible for the Military Discount! (After 5 days and almost 1000 miles!) I knew I was screwed, because it was either pay the interest, or pay the same thing in mileage and use of the vehicle! They knew that we needed a vehicle that was good on gas because of the 30 mile commute to work every day, and that we were looking to save because my wife and I together have a total of 6 kids! Every time I get in the car I think about it, and it angers me! I pretty much for hustled! Also! I am still receiving letters, where they went to so many finance agencies, run my credit so many times and was denied! I have received well over 10 letters! In other words, if you have bad credit, and want to make it worse, just head right on up to Pinehurst Toyota! They'll be GLAD to help you out there! I even had to schedule an appointment to get it cleaned up, and when I got it back, my 6 year old could have done a better job than their cleaning crew! More

I got an internet deal that was real...and really good. The process was smooth and professional, throughout. It concluded in delivery of the exact 2014.5 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid that I'd specified. Most of my interaction was with Charlie Mitts (Internet) and Robbie Person (Sales), both a distinct pleasure to work with, but that description applies to everyone I met at Pinehurst Toyota. Of course a great deal is nothing unless the car is a winner. Consumer Reports gave the Camry Hybrid the highest marks of any car in its class, and it's easy to see why. The car is awesome and has exceeded all my (high) expectations. As an engineer-geek-pilot who worked in aerospace I feel like wearing a Captain's hat when behind the wheel. The icing on the cake is that I'll be saving over $1000 each year on gas (though it has lots of zoom), giving the Hybrid a lower net cost of ownership. My kind of car, my kind of dealership. More

I was given a "loaner Toyota Corolla" at no expense to me, while two days of work was being done. The ONL:Y reason I checked good and not great for the price is that I have NO idea what this kind of work and repair should cost or would have cost at Johnson Lexus in Raleigh. It was very expensive but my guess is that it would have been as much or more at a Lexus dealership. As long as I had to have this repair done, I was happy with Pinehurst Toyota Service Dept.! Both of my parents and I have done business with Robbie Person in the past. I bought a Yaris from Robbie in 2008, and was very pleased with my experience at that time. Since I commute a long distance and travel a lot otherwise, I came into the dealership this time (Feb. 2014) considering getting a Prius C hybrid. I test drove a Prius C in the Absolutely Red color. On a whim, and at the suggestion of a fairly young family member, I drove home one in the Habanero color. The more I looked at the peachy orange color, the more I 'strongly disliked' it. I mean I was NOT diggin' this color! I was stressed out just looking at it, and so began to search for another color I would like. I settled on Summer Rain or Magnetic Gray, and called the dealership to begin the process of getting a Prius C in one of those color choices. They made some phone calls, pulled some strings, tweaked some numbers, and found me the car that I absolutely LOVE. I left the dealership extremely happy and smiling again. Robbie is simply the best car salesman that I have done business with over the past 10 years. I have purchased other cars from him in the past, gone to other dealerships, and returned to Pinehurst Toyota because of Robbie and his willingness & excitement about matching you with a car you will love. Don worked with me to get me into my new car at a price and financing that I could afford, despite a recent minor dent to my credit. He made sure all of the financial paperwork was explained to me in a way that I could understand, and treated me as he would a member of his own family. Just as he did when I worked with him in 2008. Cindy played a huge part in finding me the car that I wanted in a color that I absolutely love, and was very courteous and professional. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly towards me at all of my visits, including Tim Dunne and Hali. More

Therefore, I decided to write this note to express how very much Chris's assistance has meant to me. It is my hope that you'll pass that along to Chris. In closing, although Chris is the one person that I have primarily dealt with at Pinehurst Toyota Hyundai, each and every other person that is employed there, that I have come in contact with, has been as equally helpful as Chris. I was contacted by Pinehurst Toyota for the initial service on my 2013 Toyota Camry. All systems were checked, fluids topped off as necessary, and the tires were rotated. We were very pleased with the service. My husband and I were in town for a job interview.
