Excellent Customer Service This was my first visit to Pinehurst Nissan in about 8 years. The Service Department had greatly improved. I was promptly greeted by Robbie and he ful This was my first visit to Pinehurst Nissan in about 8 years. The Service Department had greatly improved. I was promptly greeted by Robbie and he fully explained the service to be provided. The work was done in a very timely manner and as promised. The waiting room is very clean and there are free beverages available for customers. After the alignment was done, I was still concerned about the vehicle not performing properly. Robbie went with me for a ride and determined it was a bad tire causing the additional issue. He was right. They did not have the tire in stock but he took the time to call multiple locations to assist me. I have some future work planned and I will be using this dealership again. The staff is professional and it was a positive experience. More

Called to let me know I had a belt that was soon needing replaced and my brakes needed replaced. Gave him the go ahead for belt..husband will do brakes! He reset a computer issue in my car..no charge! Clean and ready to go! Some of the nicest people I have dealt with at a dealership! Remembered that I mentioned driving to GA in a few weeks and wished us a safe trip as we were leaving! Won't go to another Nissan dealership for service! More

I would recommend Pinehurst Nissan to everyone. Certainly service is not cheap but Pinehurst's service for me has always been excellent. John Fey is very caring and helpful to his customers. I have never had service help from anyone as knowledgeable and friendly as John and my husband and I have owned Datsuns and Nissans for over 40 years. My experience with Pinehurst Nissan has been the worst experience I've ever had.I went into Pinehurst Nissan to buy a car & It was Awfull. I bought a brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra & I had to take it back 3 experience I've ever had.I went into Pinehurst Nissan to buy a car & It was Awfull. I bought a brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra & I had to take it back 3 times in one month over a water leak. They kept telling me it was fixed all three times & it still had a water leak. Also in that month they kept my car they charged me for that months payment & I didn't even have it. I also thought that was wrong. The people there was very rude to me & also they acted like they didn't care how I felt. All they cared about was money. I don't know about everyone else out there but thats not how you operate a bussiness. If your customer is not happy It's your responsibility to make it right & make sure there happy before they leave & Pinehurst Nissan did not do that. More
