They accidently ordered an incorrect part, so they did not charge me installation of my ro Bryan B. in the service department went above and beyond!! They accidently ordered an incorrect part, so they did not charge me installation of my roof rails/cross bars. They even filled my car up with gas (I live 105 miles from the dealership). A gentleman came in on a Saturday to install the cross bars, since I was still going to still be in the area. Kudo's Don Wessel Honda. You've serviced my vehicles for over 30 years. More

I told him that we had church that evening and really could use the car but if it couldn't get done, we would work something out. An appointment was scheduled for early the next week and I took my car in for the necessary repair/replacement. The service was fast and efficient. The service personnel were pleasant as well as very competent. I could not have wished for better treatment. I have been using Don Wessel Honda since 2002 when I arrived in the Ozarks. In my experience, there is no other place to buy or service your car. More
